i ordered from vince.com and it was a total mess. i sent my stuff back more than two weeks ago and they still havent given me my money back. they keep saying that the shipper needs to file the claim, but i cant do it myself. its so frustrating! i wouldnt recommend buying from them if you want to avoid this kind of hassle.

I bought some Kick Boot Jeans from Vince.com on August 8 for $245.00. I returned the jeans on October 25 with the tags still attached and using a prepaid shipping label from Vince.com. The jeans were received on October 28, but I haven't received my refund yet. I tried contacting Vince.com client services through email and phone, but they never got back to me. I even called the Vince corporate office, but they didn't return my call either. I sent a letter with supporting documents to the Vince corporate office in New York through first class mail, but I haven't heard anything back. It's frustrating because even though it's only $245.00, it's still my money.
