I tried to buy a jersey from Dyehard Fan Supply's website, but it took forever to arrive. When it finally did, it was the wrong item and had someone else's personal info on it. I reached out to the company, but they said my item still hadn't shipped and I had to go to the post office during COVID to return it and get my money back. They lied about the delivery date and made me do all the work. I'm worried about my personal info being shared with other customers too.

I bought a t-shirt from Dyehard Fan Supply on November 6th. I paid more than $15 for shipping. But, I never got my Syracuse Orange t-shirt. They didn't even give me a tracking number. I sent them lots of emails, but they didn't answer any of them. I want them to send me my t-shirt with tracking. Also, they should give me a credit for ignoring me. I work in TV and I'm close with *** Sports. I've worked with Syracuse Athletics before, but I haven't told them about this yet. I hope Dyehard Fan Supply does the right thing.

Customer service here is the worst I've seen. I got a gift card, but it took over a week for the code to come through. I had a question about a sale item, but they never replied to my emails. I gave up and bought other things. I got an email saying I bought three things, but then another email came saying I only bought two. They cancelled one item and took off a promo code without asking me. They sent me less than what I ordered but still charged me almost the full amount. When I asked about it, they didn't help at all.

I've attempted to contact them via email and phone to no avail. They promised a response within 48 hours, yet it's been nearly 3 weeks. My order is also missing from my history. This poor service reflects badly on them and frustrates many customers. Delays are understandable, but this lack of communication and care for customers is disappointing.
