So, I gotta say, I've been trying to exchange a couple pairs of socks from Socks Rock for a while now. They're still in the original packaging, never been worn or anything. But I just can't seem to get a straight answer from anyone about how to do it! It's a bummer, because the socks themselves are pretty awesome. They're just a little too small for me, you know? And it's not like I'm asking for a refund or anything, just an exchange for a bigger size. But the company doesn't seem to want to cooperate with me on that. It's frustrating, because I really like the socks and I want to be able to wear them comfortably. But I guess I'll just have to keep trying to get in touch with someone who can help me out.

According to that calculation, I should have had my 24 pairs of socks by the end of June. But it's already July 16th, and still no socks in sight.

I've tried to contact them multiple times, but it seems like they're not very responsive. I've called them four times, emailed them four times, and even tried to chat with them. But the chat person seems to be typing with only one finger, taking 3-4 minutes between responses. Maybe all those rocks are slowing them down?

Honestly, I'm starting to think that this is just normal business for Socks Rock. And if that's the case, I would definitely recommend that you avoid this company and look for another one instead. It's just not worth the hassle and frustration of waiting for weeks and weeks for something that you've already paid for.

But it's July 10th now and I still haven't gotten my socks or even a notification that they've been shipped. Every time I hit them up, they say they're waiting to hear back from the manufacturer. They've told me that three times in the last week alone. Today they told me there was a week delay, but I still don't have my socks, so that's more like a two week delay. I'm so mad because I ordered these socks for our state tournament and based on their timeline, they should have been here by now. But the season is almost over and I still don't have my socks. And to top it off, they won't let me cancel my order. I don't recommend Socks Rock because they don't answer your questions and they don't keep you updated on what's going on. They just keep you waiting and waiting.
