I am making a complaint about this web site dvdplanetstore.pk firstly because that they are starting to be very highly uncooperative now on when that I have questioned them about if that they have sent out this order that I have already payed for or not they have now become unresponsive this is for she spies season two that I have payed exactly one hundred dollars for they are saying that they are refusing to refund any thing back they wont even tell me if that they have sent out this order yet or not

Now for the complaint about media collectibles or mediacollectibles.com they are also extremely unresponsive and uncooperative or willing to help that my card keeps on getting declined that I have been trying to purchase all of the credentials information and details are correct I also know for sure that there is enough money in there to be able to purchase it the person is very rude and disrespectful does not want to help out with any thing or any of this and is unresponsive when questioned about it can not even tell me what it is or how to fix it I am just only wanting to purchase this item even though that they do not even deserve it at all or deserve to have me as a customer at all this order needs to be purchased and received and they are not doing any thing about it to help with any thing and is also very rude about it does obviously not know any thing about customer service
