They charged me a full visa fee for an infant! (By the way, through Emirates website, the visa for an infant is free). It says on their website that the visa is processed in 3-4 days. Whenever I inquire about the status of my request, it says "Under Embassy". I sent many emails to their support but got no reply. After 8 days without anything happening, I communicated through their Whatsapp chat. It felt like a bot, not a real person talking to me. I persistently asked for a refund, but she wouldn't give any straight answer to any of my questions. She kept saying "Our team will update you soon", "delay in embassy" etc. She refused to start a refund. I decided to contact my bank and report the transaction as a fraud and canceled my credit card just in case. I applied for the Visa through Emirates website, and the total charge was $220 for a 30-day visa (compared to $500 and no visa by these frauds). I will still contact the Ministry of Tourism of Dubai to warn them that there are scams such as these sites. Hopefully, they can get them discredited or removed from existence.
