DTLR review: Stealing and unprofessional behaviors

DTLR store at 739 Hamilton St, Allentown, PA 18101 I am writing to file a formal complaint against manager Erika Claudio for their inappropriate behavior towards me and other employees in the department. Over the past several months, I have witnessed and experienced several instances of unprofessional conduct that I believe warrant immediate attention. On

several times during a team meeting, Erika Claudio singled me out and publicly criticized my work in a way that was humiliating and demoralizing. They made disparaging comments about my performance in front of my colleagues, which has created a hostile work environment for me I have tried to address these issues with her directly, but unfortunately, they have been dismissive and unresponsive to my concerns. I believe that their behavior is creating a toxic work environment that is affecting the morale and productivity of our team. Additionally, I have witnessed Erika Claudio stealing merchandise from the store and intimidating behavior towards other employees in the department. They have raised their voice, used profanity, and made derogatory comments about employees' abilities and performance. This type of behavior is unacceptable and goes against the company's values of respect and professionalism. I am requesting that immediate action be taken to address these concerns and ensure that the workplace is a safe and respectful environment for all employees. I would appreciate it.
