I went n to spend several hundred dollars, they wernt many cusomters in there I was very patient, and waited for someon, after noone came to me after about thirty minutes, I asked the "manager" for some assistance, when she proceeded o scream at me about being short staffed. The experience was such a turn off for me that I have elected to never walk into that particular establish ever aging. That manager needs either a coaching or needs to be fired, because a manager does not yell at customers who politely ask for assistance. Also she is not "dressed" as a manager. Wearing tight spandex with dirt on your bottoms is not professional. A dirt manager with a dirty attidude, that reflects down to her employees who are also rude. The entire stores staff needs to be replaced. I have never felt like I need to rush out of a store because I was that upset with the service. Absolutley the worst service ive ever encountered anywhere,. So bad I felt compelled to write a google review and then complain to coorporate. If you care about your customer base, I suggest looking into this, ive never had a problem here before. I was going in there to spend 500 plus and ended up spending 200 so I could hurry up and leave I deserve some sort of compensation for the treatment of a long time customer, since the first opened up in reading pennsylvania, thats how long of a cusomter I am, I was there at the grand opening! Desired outcome: A coupon for my Mental health, and also an apology for simply asking for help. something showing or proving that they are doing something bout this.
