Tree fell about 2 weeks ago onto power line to home. Still have power but weight of tree has damaged the service drop to the meter and house. Weight is continually pulled everything off roof/house - getting worse every day. Filed report, trying to get updates - no response other than "we are working on it". Several years ago it took them 2 weeks -3 weeks to come out to fix a similar issue - I finally trimmed the tree/branches my self. I grew up on the east coast - my Dad worked for Lilco [Long island Lighting Co] - he was a supervisior and would have been ashamed at DTE's response time. Pathetic.
