Maintenance of their easement on private property.
SMUD has a 9 ft. wide easement on private property for a pole with electric wires, this granted in 1945, "for erecting,inspecting, replacing, maintaining and using a single line of poles..."
On the ground of the easement the brush and small trees have grown to cover the area and could be a fire hazard.
SMUD says they are only responsible for maintaining the wires.
Their easement is across the ground...therefor they should maintain the ground as well as the wires.

My SMUD bill for my small apartment had been $90 to $100 per month from January to April . I was over charged.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
