drytime restoration llc came in and fixed my water damage. they did a good job and got rid of all the water. they left a hole in my floor but they came back and fixed it. it took them a long time to finish but they did a good job. i would recommend them.

This was one of the worst experiences I've had as a homeowner. I had a small part of my kitchen ceiling removed and dried out. The estimated price was supposed to be between $800 and $1500, but when I read the document, it said the minimum price was $1000. I had to point that out. When they asked me to sign a contract, the employee didn't know the guidelines, which was fishy. After two weeks and asking for the estimated invoice multiple times, I finally got it. But it was supposed to be $3800.00! That's over twice the estimate. I asked for an explanation, but got no response. All they try to do is get you to file a claim. They knew I wasn't going to file a claim and I believe they are trying to price gouge me. The service tech was good and did a great job overall, but I didn't think it was almost a $4,000.00 job. I think they pay local plumbers for referrals, which could be illegal.

Dry Time was pretty good at drying out my ceiling and subfloor after my upstairs shower leaked. They said they offer an "all inclusive" service, but it wasn't all that great. I had to follow up with them multiple times, and it took them a long time to reply. They left their equipment in my garage and didn't clean up the plastic covering they put all over my stairs and upstairs. They even left my shower door in the hallway taped against my wall, which messed up the paint. They promised to handle everything, but I ended up having to do it all myself. They only reply fast when it's about getting paid. The owner got mad at my insurance adjusters when they didn't agree with his bid, which made everything worse. It's now November and my water damage happened in April, but I gave up on them in October. en I go to sell my house. Overall, the technicians did a good job, but the billing process was a nightmare. I would recommend finding a different company that doesn't use such aggressive tactics.

I was really frustrated and scared of Drytime Restoration LLC! I had a leak from my dishwasher on my Pergo floor and needed it fixed. They were really nice when I signed the agreement, but then they ripped up my whole kitchen floor and said it would cost $3,000-$4,000. They said they would deal with my insurance company and I could get a new kitchen. I'm a widow and had to do everything myself, so I was really naive. They tore up all of my Pergo floor instead of just the damaged part. I was still dealing with probate and had a lot going on. They only cared about money! I had to deal with my insurance company myself. In July, six weeks into the project, my insurance only covered structural damage through my mortgage insurance. I contacted Drytime and told them I wanted my door knobs and pulls back because they were specially ordered. I found some of them in the driveway, but not all of them. Drytime said I had to pay because I was two weeks past due. They put a lien on my home because I didn't pay. My insurance was reviewing my claim, but Drytime said it wasn't their problem. I owed them $12,800. I borrowed money from my mom and went to their office with a check. The owner was really mean and took my check. They accepted my payment and credited me for the lien filing, but they were not nice about it. It's been four years and I still don't have a floor in my kitchen. Should I hire them again? Can I trust them now that probate is done?

This compny shudnt be allowd to treat water damage. They dont no what theyre doing. They didnt contain the mold properly. They exposed our home to black mold. The person they used for testing used expired swabs and skewed the results to favor them. We tested our own area and got totally different results showing they left behind Black Mold. Their work lead to me being very very sick, getting *** noses, black eyes, migraines, joint aches and more. Both of the areas we hired them to treat came back positive for mold. So much so that we had to hire a second company to come back out and fix the work they did not do. They then sent us a bill for 13k and put a frivolous lien on our home. For work they never even did! This company shouldnt be in business and they need to stop billing us for work not completed. They also were supposed to come finish the job and ghosted us completely. This company is not to be trusted! They prey on people who are going through a tough time with their homes. They say they work with insurance, but that's a lie. They charge way too much for basic work and then try to squeeze money out of insurance or the customer. They don't communicate well and take forever to respond. The billing manager, ***, is very unprofessional and attacked me personally when I confronted him about the lack of communication. They even put a lien on my home without telling me! They charged me $15331.60 for a job that was supposed to be $7,500. I tried to work with them and my insurance to resolve the issue, but they refused to budge on their outrageous charges. *** accused me of being uncooperative and having a bad attitude, when I was the one being ripped off. He even tried to charge me $3500 in interest charges! Stay away from this company!
