and *** were amazing. They paid a lot of attention to detail and made sure everything was perfect. It wasnt always an easy job but my kitchen looks fantastic after they refaced them cabinets and installed quartz counters and new sink and faucet. The entire crew worked hard and you can tell its a quality job! I love my kitchen! Thanks YHI

I had *** from Yankee Home Improvement come out to my house to talk windows. He's a very likeable person and I really enjoyed talking to him. He did his whole speal about his windows (all of which sounded good) but most importantly he worked and reworked numbers to accommodate every question I had and really got my imagination going on what I could do with my home.

He came to the house very well prepared, showed me the range of options, measured my tub/shower area, and inspected the joists underneath the tub (downstairs in the utility room). He is a very able representative of YHI, for which he has enthusiasm and commitment. I look forward to reviewing the printed proposal and information about financing options.

Glen R came to our house to discuss new doors. A nice presentation of our options, assisted with excellent software that let us see what it would look like on our house. Exactly what we wanted, so we ordered on the spot. Glen is a congenial person we enjoyed talking with. We chose Yankee Home Improvement after the excellent work they've done for us in the past: roof, siding, gutters, skylight, and other doors and windows.

was just what we needed in trying to design our tub to shower conversion. He was personable, knowledgeable, and provided insight on so many aspects of the job we didn't think about. There was no pressure. Clear, concise breakdown of the project costs with an explanation of exactly what we can expect on the day of installation. It really felt like *** was trying to earn our business rather than just make a sale.

My first experience with Yankee Home has been very positive. All team members from reception to the workers out in the field are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and patient. A big thank you to Dave C, Mike P and Mat Q who worked with me and helped me understand and gave me a feeling of security throughout my roof project. They couldn't have been nicer. And your roofing team sure earns their salaries; very hard workers.

The team under lead installer Bob B was very, very good. Bob was very informative of where they were with the project. Good people skills. We are very pleased with everyone from the initial call to Yankee Home Improvement, to David M in design/sales and to the person coming to review the project before hand to ensure all measurements were accurate. The office kept us informed as to start date. Team was on time each day. Highly recommend!

Introduced to Yankee Home at ***. Very knowledgeable and set up an appointment for the next day. *** (design consultant) had a consultation with me for a bathroom tub remodel. He was on time for the appointment, explained the processes step by step for the bathroom tub remodel. He was very knowledgeable, patient with me and answered all my questions. Thank you *** for the great experience! Cant wait for construction on my new bathroom tub.

PJ my consultant was knowledgeable. patiece and kind. Thank you. Also, the people I spoke with from booking appt on, were very kind and knowledgeable of their company Yankee Home Improvement. I had a glitch after paying 1st payment of 3 signing contract for replacing my walkin shower. Had to cancel at this time. They were very understanding and sending back my deposit with no stress. I am impressed with their quality of materials and the pride and integrity shown for their workmanship. Definitely worth getting quote for your shower needs.

I called Yankee home improvement, Inc and set up a time for someone to come out and give an estimate on four new doors and four new windows. This was two weeks in advance of the date they set the appointment for. I set up the appointment on 9/11 for 10 AM on 9/25. I rearranged my entire weekend around this appointment. I got a call less than five minutes before 10 AM the morning of 9/25 stating they would not be able to make it out and wanted to reschedule. I found that to be very unprofessional and will not be rescheduling with this particular company.

I wish all Sales reps were like ***! On time! Very friendly, engaging and extremely knowledgeable. What a delight to deal with him ! Yes I purchased the new shower because they rip mine out, take it down to the studs, put new plumbing and Delta faucets in! Three guys come to the house including a Master Plumber. They start at 8-830am and will be done that day unless they find something g they didnt expect AND no extra charge for any extra message. Black mold, rotting floor boards etc. I believe the owner is much beloved by all his employees and it Really shows! What a wonderful company Yankee is! Especially my guy ***!

It was a great experience start to finish. From the sales rep Ryan that came out and was on time and took time to go over everything and answering all of my questions to the scheduling with the great people in the office and installation process. Roberto did the work and he was prompt, professional, answered all my questions, checked in with me and did an amazing job! He even worked around my 3 dogs being in my small home with him and Alex while working! It was such a relief not to have to lock them away in a room while they were there. He was clean and respectful and I would highly recommend Yankee Home to anyone! Best experience I've had with any home improvement company/contractors by far!

My husband and I were impressed with the professionalism and quality of work! We had a tub and window replaced and installed. The team did an amazing job, corrected some work upon our request, cleaned up after themselves and finished the job early! We were hesitant and hopeful that the job would come out the way we wanted without too much trouble and they exceeded our expectations! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to replace their bathtub. May seem costly, but with lifetime warranty and the way we were treated, I'd say it is worth it. Keep up the good work Yankee Home! Would like to say thank you to our Sales/Designer Nate, and Project Manager, Michael B, with special thanks to his team.

I heard dem commercials on da radio and seen 'em on da TV, talkin' 'bout a roof with 60% off installation and free gutters. So I went to their fancy website and made an appointment, makin' sure to mention the offer in da notes. But when they called to confirm my appointment, they straight up said they ain't offerin' that deal. They even had the nerve to say I must be confused 'bout some other company. Nah, man, it was definitely them. I saw and heard the commercial just the day before. It ain't right to advertise somethin', get people all excited, and then tell 'em it ain't real when they try to set up an appointment. That's just plain wrong, man!

I got a problem with the window they installed. I called them four times, and each time they said Phil from the service department would call me back to talk about fixing it. But guess what? No call back at all. I had 17 windows replaced in March , and I paid a whopping $23K for it. They promised me an unconditional 2x lifetime warranty. But this one window just won't open or close properly. So, I called them four more times, starting on June 29, and every time they said Phil from the service department would call me back to discuss and schedule the repair. But guess what? Nobody ever called back. I just want them to fix this window like they promised in the warranty. The guy who sold me the windows was Michael H, and the company was good back in 2014. I don't know what happened since then.

The company lied about a discount for installation. When I asked for the discount that was advertised for free door installation in July, they said I already got a better discount. But during my consultation, they mentioned a price increase on the material earlier that week. The salesman called his boss and supposedly gave me the price before the increase. Also, my contract doesn't have a breakdown of costs. So I think it's all fake. I also had an appointment for them to paint the inside trim and fix the upside-down door locks. They didn't call or show up on that day. They said they mixed up my appointment with someone else.
