FFX (ffx.co.uk) is a real disappointment, I must say. They really need to change their approach. It's like they don't even care about their customers. I mean, seriously, who wants to be called a liar? That's just not cool, man. And don't even get me started on their delivery times. They need to be more upfront and honest about when things will actually arrive. It's frustrating to wait and wait, not knowing when your order will show up. They really need to step up their game and improve their customer service. It's just not good enough.

I ordered something from FFX (ffx.co.uk) and it got sent to the wrong place. I've been trying to get them to fix it for like a whole month now, but they ain't doing nothing about it. It's really frustrating 'cause I spent my hard-earned money on this and now it's gone. I don't know what to do anymore.

I bought a saw blade from their eBay site. It didn't arrive and they didn't respond to my messages. This company is absolutely terrible to deal with. Thankfully, eBay eventually gave me a refund. I strongly advise you to avoid them.

It's been a whopping 5 weeks and this company still hasn't bothered to refund me for the item I sent back to them. Can you believe it? Yasin Afzal-Woodward and Beth Stanton-McGee from FFX have the audacity to claim that they haven't received it. Can you smell the scam from a mile away? I sure can. My advice? Steer clear of this dodgy company.

Let me tell you, they straight up lied to me about the cost! Can you believe that? It seems like they'll say anything just to make a sale. But that's not even the worst part.

After this whole mess, I tried to get in touch with them again to discuss the issue. And guess what? They completely ignored me! Can you imagine? It's absolutely unbelievable. I mean, who does that? Ignoring a customer who's trying to sort things out? It's just plain terrible.

So, if you're considering buying something from this company, I strongly advise you to think twice. And if you're planning to get it shipped outside the UK, my friend, stay far away from them. Trust me, you don't want to go through the same terrible experience I had.

I had a really bad experience with FFX and I don't think I would have heard back from them if it wasn't for my review. They called me up and were all like, "Sorry, sorry, sorry," and said they would give me a voucher to make up for it. I was like, "Okay, cool, I'll give them another chance." But when I tried to use the voucher, it didn't work! So I emailed them to let them know, but guess what? No reply! I think that's just plain rude. I don't care what they offer me now, I'm never gonna buy anything from FFX again. It's a real shame, though.

So, I ordered some stuff from FFX on the 29th of November, right? I was expecting it to arrive the next day, you know, like they promised. But guess what? It didn't show up! Can you believe it? So, I decided to contact them after a few days to find out what the heck was going on. And you know what they told me? They assured me that it would be delivered the next day. Yeah, right!

But you know what happened next? More days went by, and still no sign of my order. Can you imagine the frustration? So, I contacted them again, hoping for some answers. And guess what they did? They made the same old promises and assurances. I told them that I needed the items before the weekend because it was supposed to be part of a birthday present. And what did they say? They promised me, once again, that it would be here in time. But you know what? It's way past the weekend now, it's the 6th of December, 2022, and still no sign of my order!

When I finally decided to ask for a refund, you know what they did? They didn't seem to care one bit about how they messed me around. I even told them that I had to keep chasing them up, but it's like they couldn't be bothered. Talk about unprofessional, right? I am so done with FFX, I swear I'll never shop there again! Now, I have to wait for my refund, and who knows how long that will take. This whole experience has been a nightmare, and their service is just terrible.

I placed an order on the 17th of November, and I got an email saying that the delivery would be on the 2nd or 3rd of December because the item was out of stock.

Firstly, I gotta ask, why are they advertising and letting people buy stuff that they don't even have in stock? It just doesn't make sense, you know?

Secondly, I didn't get the item on the dates they said. Then, I got another email saying that I would receive it on the 12th or 13th of December. But guess what? Still no sign of my delivery.

I tried reaching out to customer services many times through email, but I never got a response. It's like they're ignoring me or something.

So, this morning I decided to give them a call. They told me that my order would be canceled, and I would get a refund. But here's the thing, I haven't received an email confirming this. So, I guess I'll have to bug them again next week to sort it out.

I'm really disappointed with this whole experience, and I can tell you one thing for sure, I won't be using their services ever again.

I bought a hedge trimmer from FFX on eBay on the 18th of August. They promised delivery by the end of the week, using DPD. I received emails saying "delivery tomorrow" and "delivery today between 4 and 5". But let me tell you, it was all a load of rubbish. The delivery never showed up. I checked the emails and saw that DPD had already sent one at 3:10, saying sorry for missing me and even included a completely fake photo of a locked gate. Funny thing is, I recognized that gate. It's just 200 yards away from me in the same village. Clearly, they were lying through their teeth. They hadn't even been there that day. It's a normal location with the house name displayed and everything. It was a Friday afternoon, and the driver just couldn't be bothered. To make matters worse, DPD then claimed to have returned the item to FFX. Personally, I think they sold it down the pub on a Friday night.

Here's the thing, no matter what FFX does well, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNTIL THEY STOP USING DPD. Otherwise, you're unlikely to ever see your goods. They've had my money for 10 days now, and I still don't have my machine. And now I have to wait another 3 to 5 days for a refund! It's ridiculous!

There's no point in complaining to DPD. Only FFX, their customers, have the power to influence the survival of their business. That's why I'm saying it again, DO NOT BUY FROM FFX.

So, I recently had an experience with FFX (ffx.co.uk) and let me tell you, it was not a pleasant one. I placed an order and they ended up charging me not once, not twice, but three times for it! Can you believe that? It's like they were trying to drain my bank account or something.

Now, you might be thinking, "Well, mistakes happen, right?" And yeah, I get that. But here's the kicker - it took me a whole day of my precious time to try and sort out this mess and get MY MONEY back. A whole day! I could have been doing something productive or enjoying my life, but instead, I was stuck dealing with their incompetence.

And guess what? Even after five long days of fighting tooth and nail, I still haven't gotten my money back. Can you believe the audacity? It's like they think they can just take my hard-earned cash and run away with it. Well, let me tell you, FFX, I'm not going down without a fight.

I've been calling their customer service non-stop, but it's like talking to a brick wall. They keep giving me the runaround, transferring me from one person to another, and no one seems to have a clue about what's going on. It's beyond frustrating, let me tell you.

I mean, come on, FFX! How hard can it be to refund a simple overcharge? It's not rocket science! I just want my money back, is that too much to ask? I work hard for my money, and I deserve to be treated with respect.

So, here I am, still waiting, still fighting, and still wondering if I'll ever see my money again. It's a shame, really. I had heard good things about FFX, but now I can't help but feel disappointed and let down.
