DPD were supposed to deliver today.
In fact they sent me a photo to show where they’d attempted delivery
NOT MY HOUSE
And of course, I happened to be home at the time anyhow.
So…
My only options now are to re-organise a delivery TO THE WRONG HOUSE?!
What do they expect me to do to advise them of this problem?
Use a carrier pigeon with a ‘find DPD homing device?
How can anyone contact DPD to get a reliable service or report a problem
It’s insane - there IS no way!
Even the advice notification sent has no Delivery ID number on it.
I don’t even know WHAT they’re delivering or WHO it’s from!
DPD it’s time you starting making your service customer friendly (accessible) not to mention reliable deliveries.
You’ve been in ‘practice’ a long time
