I bought a car from Bob Howard Buick GMC and after a week, the check engine light and tire pressure sensor light came on. I went back to the dealer and they wanted me to pay for the repairs. I know I bought the car "as-is," but the problem was already there and it's a safety issue. I drove the car with a broken drive shaft and my family and I could have been hurt or hurt others if it had broken completely. I don't think I should have to pay for this repair because the dealer shouldn't have sold me an unsafe car. I don't know what their 150 point inspection covers if it missed a broken drive shaft.

I got a car from Bob Howard Buick GMC and they said they'd fix everything I told them about. They said not to tell the finance people about any problems, but I had to take the car to them myself because they didn't come get it like they said they would. They had the car for over two weeks and when they brought it back, they had damaged the fender and didn't put gas back in it. I had to put gas in the loaner they gave me and they said they'd reimburse me, but they never did. I took the car to Mercedes to use the extended warranty we bought, but it didn't cover anything. I looked at the contracts we signed and they changed the warranty without telling me or my husband. Now I'm stuck with a car that I'm paying $11,158 for and a worthless warranty. I tried calling them, but they don't answer my calls. This is what I had to do.

g for services I canceled could be used for other things. It's been over 2 months and I still haven't received my refunds. The customer service at Bob Howard Buick GMC is not good. They need to improve their communication and follow-up with their customers. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I got my 2014 Ford Escape Titanium from Bob Howard Buick GMC on 7/20/2022. I put down $2,000 and got a 20% interest rate on a $13,000 car that's now worth $25,000. I checked out 8 cars before settling on this one, which had some scrapes on the left passenger side. The salesperson said it was due to someone scraping it and that's why there were two different headlight assemblies. During the test drive, I heard an airy noise, but the salesperson said it was just the tires on the road. Later, I found out that air was coming in from the top of the windshield, which was not assembled correctly, and it leaks water inside the car when it rains. I'm worried it might cause a short to the electrical system while driving, leaving me stranded or causing an accident. I also noticed that the windshield washer fluid was out, so I asked them to fill it. However, it leaked out due to a hole in the reservoir. When I left the lot, I heard a clunky noise, which turned out to be a bad suspension. I called the dealership to have them look at it, but they refused to fix it after 4 visits and reschedules. I found papers from the previous owners that showed a lot of repairs were done to the car, which they didn't disclose to me.
