January 14, 2026, Check# 6591, Amount $80.51. Have been carrying this outstanding check since February, 2026. Called Customer Service March, 2026 and was told payment received; however, the notation has never been posted to my monthly bank statement. I want this resolved as soon as possible or I will no longer purchase books from Doubleday. Thank you, Deedra Derrick (account was originally in the name of Steen Derrick. He had expired September, 2020)
