We ordered tickets for mum's 60th celine dion for 2024 Birmingham because its cancelled we have tried for refund emails n phone calls no response this is causing lots of stress and heartache for all involved please could you update me please its a lot of money to loose my only option is to take this further but trying one more time for a response 😢 I would have to complain to the commissioner officer ICOand further if needed may I ask you kindly for some insight on this please regards John

I bought tickets for Ozzy Osbourne UK tour in Sept 2018. The tour was postponed and rescheduled several times and eventually cancelled by the artist. Having paid £290 for 2 tickets, I tried to contact Double 8 at the beginning of February 2023 to get a refund. Double 8 will no longer respond to emails or phone calls, despite me trying to get a response for the last two weeks. I am not sure how I can resolve this matter, as Double 8 have shut up shop, if you want to contact them by phone or email.

Please can Double 8 put a notice on their website as to what they are doing about refunds for Ozzy Osbourne tickets, which should be on their website immediately the tour is cancelled. And can Double 8 please contact ticket holders as a matter of priority to confirm when they will be processing refunds for ticketholders.

In the same year Ossy Osborne concert was announced in the UK I booked two tickes -cost £200 + postage. Concert posttponed a few times now, at last cancelled. I have rung Double 8 twice and even without asking me for ANY details other then me asking about a refund for this now concelled concert, their customer services have just said -'its being deal with you will her from us next week' -so far nothing.

Booked and paid £629.95 for Foo Fighters tickets on 21st August 2021, obviously the sad news of Taylor Hawkins resulted in the cancellation of the event. I received an email from double 8 tickets to say the event was cancelled on the 31st March and that I'd be refunded, they said to allow up to 30 days for the refund to be received. It's now been almost 4 months and nothing, I've emailed which they've simply ignored, I got the automated response which says they aim to respond within 14 which is utter rubbish as they've just ignore the email.

As you can see from my order confirmation when you look at the picture. I paid double8tickets £250 + £9.95 for Michael Buble tickets which have just been emailed to me showing a far less value set of 2 tickets valued at £140 plus 2x £9.95. They also have a different name on them not mine.

Can you please explain why AND REIMBURSE ME asap. The concert is in 2 days time and I do not feel safe that these are genuine tickets that have been emailed to me; nor are they the value of the tickets I paid for 18 months ago.

Hi I booked and paid for tickets to see Romesh Ranganathan with you order reference: double8-[protected]. I have received no further correspondence regarding this booking, no emails, no tickets, nothing at all. I presume it was re-scheduled and or cancelled and I am therefore entitled to a refund of £139.95 to my original payment method my credit card. Please can you refund this as soon as possible. I have emailed twice and tried calling, which just gets cut off, all to know avail. I have had my celine dion concert moved three times which I realise has been unavoidable during covid but this last date change mean I am unable to attend therefore as is my consumer rights I request a full refund.

My ticket for the Sting concert at London Palladium booking reference [protected] Seat D3 WAS INVALID AND I WAS REFUSED ADMISSION.

I have sent 2 emails and posted a letter to Double 8 (enclosing a copy of the letter from LW Theatres explaining why admission was refused) and requested a refund of the ticket price of £131.50 but still await a reply.

Im very frustrated with this company. I bought 2 tickets for Lady Gaga concert in August 2020. The concert was reschuled to July 2022 but I cant go. I tried to get the refund since last year but the company always give an excuse. For now the company says that they will resell my tickets but the question is WHEN. I just wanna receive my refund or they give me my tickets and my self resell them. The worst experience that I have.

I was informed on the 2nd Feb that Lionel Richie had cancelled his tour due to the on going Covid situation, totally understandable.

Now its the 22nd Feb, and I am still waiting for the £460 refund to be returned to me.

Guinness Storehouse - 2 days

Just Eat - 1 day

Why does it take Double 8 Tickets, 20 days and counting to process a refund. No follow up email to explain reason for delay, email address that comes back "do not reply". I wont be buying tickets from them, ever again.

Shocking service.

I booked tickets for Cliff Richard on 18 October 2021, the performance is on 27 October 2021. My tickets shows the performance date as 18 October 2021.
I checked to see if I had made an error but I booked for Royal Albert Hall and Cliff Richard is not booked for Royal Albert Hall on 18 October.

I have tried to phone all the registered and advertised numbers for Double8 they are all not working.

I have sent 2 emails

The first to confirm my ticket is for 27 October not 18 October - no response

The second to say I would like my tickets cancelled and a refund - no response

I booked Reading Festival tickets and never received them. I emailed asking for a refund and never received any reply. I called about 20 times chasing fisrt my tickes and then my refund and either there was no answer or they just hung up on me. I have contacted watchdog who are very interested in my story and every else who has been ripped off by the incompetent touts. Finally I contacted my credit card issuer who has now issued me with a refund on the basis of "goods not received". However thats besides the point. My summer was totally ruined because of them and i spent hours worrying and chasing. What goes around comes around in this life and i sincerely hope they get what they deserve!

My Madonna tickets were fake and I had to buy alternatives from the touts outside. Trading standards have been notified as well as watchdog who are running a special segment just on these fraudsters.

Ha! This is a joke! I am still waiting for my Kings Of Leon tickets for their gig at the O2 Arena and I know for a fact that they have already been released as my friend who booked directly from Ticketmaster has already received his tickets in hand. So I try to call their "hotline" continuously but there is no answer at all. After about 20 unsuccessfull attempts I finally get through this extremely rude obnoxious little girl who had absolutely no information about my tickets and ended up hanging up the phone on me! If you check their website they have a "beware" section warning people against touts however it is obviously window dressing as they go on sc*mming people. I have contacted me credit card issuer (Natwest) who have told me that if the tickets do not arrive until after the concert then i can claim my money back. However what good is that going to be if I miss my favourite band? This situation is ridiculous and I am seeking legal advice.
