Double8Tickets.com review: Madonna tickets order no. 24148

I brought a ticket for Madonna on 15th of October and received an email to say it was booked and now you have sent me an email saying that it is now refunded? Why is this? And my credit card hasn’t been refunded even though it’s been over a week! Where is my refund? I am disgusted with your company and will never book via you again and will take this complaint to the highest level.

Please refund my account asap and advise me accordingly as to my complaint.
