I've been a loyal customer to Dosal for 10+ years. I started smoking 305 cigarettes, then about four years ago I switched to the filtered cigars, and I have never had any issues until now. Just as many other have reported, I too am not pleased with the recent changes to the 305 filtered cigars.
Not only that, I've tried to reach out to Dosal myself and I have to say that could have gone better. I first tried to send an email inquiring about the shortage that sprung from seemingly nowhere, only to never receive a response. A little over a week after sending the email I decided to try and talk to someone in person.
The number on the contact page of their website connected me with a woman who was unable to answer any of my questions, then transferred me to their "customer service line" where it continued to ring until the answering machine picked up. I did not leave a message.
With how little info I'm finding online and in my area (posting from Zephyrhills, FL), it seems that either Dosal doesn't care, or there's something going on that they don't want going public.
Desired outcome: Bring back the original 305 filtered cigars.

I call Dosal, Had I rather linked the conversation and was blatantly told that they intentionally changed the filter and had fda approval to do so, what's going on here, there are about to lose the mental flavor, it's about to be banned, so they're trying to push this as fast and as hard as they can and they know these cigarettes burn 2 to 3 times faster with the new cigarette filter even though it's labeled cigar!
Same issue it is not a cigar to me it’s now a regular fast burning cigarette with excessive menthol in it.
