DMR Communications reviews and complaints
Crooks
This is absolutely the worst company we have ever dealt with. The service was poor. We were constantly without phone or Internet service during the entire 4 years we were with them. When we finally needed to leave to return to AT&T due to the fact that business was suffering from lack of reliable service, they slapped us with a $1600 "early termination fee" that we either had to fight in court or pay in order to avoid a credit ding. They are criminals of the highest order and we recommend staying far, far away from them.

Worst service ever
Do not be fooled by this company. Worst service ever! Everytime I called to complain about the quality of the service (daily up to 3 times a day for 8 months) they qould require time of call and phone number - then they would call that phone number and tell me nothing was wrong, until I filed a FCC complaint then they corrected the "no problem" I had. From the first month on they charged me incorrectly disconected my service and refused to reinstated until I was forced to pay over the phone. NEver corrected the bill. I told them that if they would not correct it the bill I would cancel - so I did. In the meantime they were calling with threats. Their attorney served me a complaint threatening a lawsuit for 17k because I was changing carriers. I will countersuit, I will not be bullied by this company. DO NOT
MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!they have the worst service ever and then they trick you into signing a long-term agreement to latr charge you for cancellign the service. I am retaining counsel I will let you all know how to get back to this awful company.

Only if I could put in words as to how upset I am with this one of a kind phone company. so the journey started when the sales guys from this company would not stop coming in my office forcing me to sign the paperwork and when that didn't work they ended up bringing their manager David who is the most unprofessional guy I have ever met in my life. He started taking everything personally when I refused to sign with their company by raising his voice and showing me attitude. Right when they left I did some research and it just so happened that a guy who used to work for this company walked into my office representing another phone company. He told me all the details about how DMR works. They only have a staff of 7 people in the office when they lie to every customer that they have around 100 or so employees. The most shocking fact he told me was that every review on this website is put in by the DMR sales reps. How pathetic is that when a company has to write their own reviews to get customers to sign with them. My stong advice...STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
DMR Communications is the worst Telecom company to do business with. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY ! Here is my story: Originally I tried to cancel my contract in November 2011 and I was given a letter that stated that I would owe them $9, 878.72. I then stopped the process. Then in February 2012, 3 months before the contract was to end I tried to cancel and was told that I would owe $3, 292.91 I asked why and that told me that my contract ended the date that the service began. In May of 2012 I again tried to cancel my contract this time I was told that Sir Speedy was auto renewed back in April. Due to the fact that Sir Speedy printing was misled to keep us in a contract and lead to believe that the contract would be ending in August of 2012 which was the start date of service back in August 2009, but however the contract was auto renewed in April 2012 which is when the contract was signed in April of 2009. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY !
Bad service
I signed up with DMR just recently and I have had nothing but problems with this company. I was bombarded by visits from the Sales Manager David and he is nothing but pushy in selling the product which did make me think for a second that there must be something wrong with this company as they are pushing me so much, instead I gave them a chance and it has been nothing but a nightmare. Please please stay away from this company if you want your business to work normally. They will definitely screw your system and lock you in a contract and will never help you. Stay away.

Very unprofessional
Unprofessional, unprepared, over sold and under delivered only begins to sum up our experience with DMR. We had simple requests when signing the contract, caller ID, AA, VM, call reporting and customer service. They failed to deliver on all of these requirements. On top of that they have unreliable service! The T1 circuit would be down for the majority of the day for the first 3 weeks after install forcing us to sit and twiddle our thumbs while they worked on the circuit again. Adding to the pain their billing was wrong and almost 30% higher than the signed contract.
Installation: On the first appointment set to install, the technician came with the wrong equipment. At the second install date the technicians attempted to leave with out testing our incoming lines (they did not ring through). The lead installing technician was rude, sloppy and unprofessional. He mounted the router at an illogical location, and left a mess with the wiring. No project manager and a lack of customer service make for sour installs. After install we asked for system instructions for our voice mail, and AA. The instructions provided were wrong twice. They did not provide correct voice mail instructions until 3 weeks after install. DMR does not provide basic functions like music on hold or caller id that were standards ten years ago.
Termination: Upon relieving DMR of our services they refused to release our phone numbers until we paid our account in full (COMPLETELY ILLEGAL BY FCC GUIDELINES). Even after paying our account in full, their porting rep decided to play games and provide incorrect information stalling the porting process. God forbid you ask someone at DMR to assist their customers.
In summary DO NOT USE DMR. They were not able to deliver any of the promised services and they didn’t care.

This company has the worse customer service and wont deliver what they promise. I signed up with them and ended up being more expensive than the phone company. The phone quality is horrible.
If you are a serious about your business, don't believe in this phone company. If you care about your business, forget about this company.
If you like to drop phone calls and loose your phone services, then sign up with this company.
The positive reviews on this company are fake.
STAY AWAY!

I totally agree with this Article. I just switched over to them a few months ago and it was the worst mistake of my life!. They claim to save me money but I end up paying more then before and my phones keep dropping all the time. I'm losing so much business because of this company!
