User account removal
1/16/25 Requested my information be deleted, my account closed. The reply stated I have to download their application in order to close my account and delete my information.
This information is not found anywhere before you sign up.
I do not want to be forced to install an application on my phone to simply have my information deleted from their system.
I have repeated myself now three times, delete and remove me.

Fraud operations
I bought the software restorer 2000 from bitmart ( www.bitmart.com) and it does not perform the function it is advertised to - absurd, really, but there you go. It is supposed to be for *personal* hard drive recovery (that is, to be used by a non-professional, in their home) but it is so slow, even on my 1-year old 1.6ghz machine, it is useless.
