DK Hardware Supply review: Never again, want a refund

I'm extremely disappointed with this experience. I ordered some hardware 23 days ago and still haven't received it. Each time I contacted customer service, I was told it would arrive in "a couple of days". Unfortunately that has been repeated multiple times without any update or resolution. If the item was back-ordered or delayed I would have appreciated honest & transparent communication. Instead, I've been given the same vague timeline over and over which feels misleading and frustrating-especially when you're waiting on a part needed to complete a project.
