My mom purchased the Olivia doll for my mammaw
My mom purchased the Olivia doll for my mammaw. She completed her purchase in the beginning of June. My mom called to check the status and was told they had an apartment address, well that was corrected. They told my mom it would be shipped in 8-9 days from that point. She called them back today to check the status and was told it won't be shipped until September 9th because they are out of stock. My mom then requested a refund and cancel the order. They told my mom there would be no refund because they hadn't collected the money, which is untrue at the end of this disastrous interaction they attempted to sell my mom a face mask. An unbelievably horrific company to deal with. Currently considering other avenues to retrieve the *** money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS NOT RELIABLE

Returning customer from 20yrs. Placed an order first time as a New Customer. Make my selection of doll my payment objections of installments. $31.35 took out of my acct.. Received an order # by email. So I just called to ask a question. My order was cancelled. It was done Wed. I received no email stating they needed entire balance. But they claim my money was pending. I disagree. My money is OUT. Maybe pending on your end Iam assuming. As a returning old but new customer those oppositions should ve never been given or at least notification by email. It's funny on how it took 5 sec to take my money but with including the day I ordered and 3 to 5 business days, that's 7 days to give me back my money! Very disappointed will be looking for another company. I would've been willing to pay full amt. The fact is this was for a birthday! Glad I called!
For a company that sells such expensive dolls their only warranty option is to have your child "who is attached to the doll" send it off into the mail. How does this make sense? They should be ashamed of themselves and offer better warranty options for these dolls
First we received the wrong doll after spending extra for overnight shipping, honest mistake and expected to get the one we ordered in a few days after we called. Well it has been a month and a half and still no doll after a customer service lady straight up lied to me over the phone about when she said it would be here. I called a few days ago and tried to receive a refund on the shipping and she was very rude about it trying to make me feel bad about it. Please never shop here, worst 120 dollars I have ever spent.
our Miss Grace hair is awful. First thing my little granddaughter said when she got her out of the box and took off her hair net was "her hair is trashed". It's so thin and sticks up in the air. I am very disappointed in her. I 've never spent money on a doll like this and thought she'd be awesome

This business practice have no faith and is unprofessional and discourage customer like myself to order again. *** Your description of the doll did not indicate whether the doll is full limbs or half or quarter limbs. This is important to consumer and main reason I cancel and return. I am very disappointed with your company. Even *** issue refund immediately after showing a return ***.
1. Ashton Drake claims to be an employee owned US company but the doll came from China !
2. Doll is NOT as cute as the pictures on website, close but not exact.
3. Doll does NOT smell like baby powder as advertised.
4. Doll's arms are connected so when you move one up the other one goes up too.
5. The body and butt are SQUARE and do NOT feel like a real baby.
6. The construction looks inferior to my other reborn baby that cost half the money and I knew was coming from China.
7. The only positive thing I can say is it is weighted well. The weight is evenly distributed between head, body, and legs.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION! They automatically sign customers up for a $15/month rewards program that is difficult to cancel and insist you signed up. STAY AWAY!
I purchased two dolls on 11/28 and am still waiting for the items to ship. When I was checking out and selecting shipping it stated they would arrive between 12/6 and 12/10. As of 12/6 they haven't even shipped. I called and was told that they would probably ship in the next day or so and would arrive by 12/17. These were for a gift and now won't arrive on time. I asked about expeditated shipping, they said they couldn't because it was processing. I also am unable to cancel my order. If I end up not wanting the items I would have to ship back and wait 2-3 weeks to receive a refund. I wish I never ordered because after reading the other reviews it seems I will likely not even receive them as stated on the 17th. I do not recommend at all.

I chose a different company for my daughter's birthday doll. I've heard positive reviews about Ashton Drake and knew someone who had a smooth purchase. My order was placed on May 10th with 2-day shipping paid. However, I encountered continuous problems with address verification. After switching payment cards, my daughter's birthday on May 12th passed without the doll's arrival. I was reassured of a shipment by Monday when I called on Friday, but as of the 18th, the doll has not arrived. Today, I was informed that payment is still processing and shipment is expected by tomorrow or Wednesday morning at the latest, with overnight shipping promised. This experience has dissuaded me from ever ordering dolls online again.

I purchased a Calendar. It cost a lot, but the great poses for each month were worth the money. The Thanksgiving one for November was supposed to feature a humorous scene with a character gazing at another with his tongue out, holding an apple pie under a sign saying 'Be Thankful', surrounded by fall leaves on the ground. What I received was a plain image of two characters standing together with turkey feathers, devoid of any paint. The advertised feathers had three different colors, but what I got was monochrome, just tan. There was no sign, the character's tongue wasn't out, there was no pie, and no fall leaves. I am contacting them now to see if they will send the correct item.

well i ordered a doll a year ago called them in August said it would be here in Oct 2020 instead i got a post card for delay till March now they are telling me in May. so i just cancelled the order. never again

There was not a return label in the box I called so they can send me one well I was waiting and waiting and they said they must get the doll back in a reasonable time. We'll I waited 2 weeks no mail so I sent it back myself it cost me $75.00 . Well they received the damaged doll and they have not credited my Card that I used. I told them I would love another doll but not damaged . They told me I have to reorder the doll . Well I said soon as I get credit on my credit card which the doll was not cheap almost $300. It's been over a month I no credit. How can I shop knowing they might never return my money . It's best I don't buy from them again . It's a shame because I love the dolls and have many from the Bradford but I can't shop in confidence. That's all don't by from them they don't honor the return policy.

I would give Ashton Drake no stars if possible. I ordered a doll two months ago for my daughters birthday and it was supposed to be delivered this week. Just checked to see when it would be delivered and they tell me that it is back ordered now until October but their website says that shipping starts September 25 - I feel that they are not forthcoming on their services I have called their customer service and they have not been very helpful. When I asked why I haven't received notification about this delay they told me that they sent a letter in the mail (who sends letters about online orders? - especially when they can send marketing emails for me to spend my money with them at least twice daily). Unfortunately, my daughter will be very upset about this as she has already been waiting a month for her birthday present. I will never order again from this company. I would urge others as well to choose to purchase dolls from another company as well.

Extremely disappointed! Purchased a doll for my grand daughter. Needed it by Saturday for a gift. Came Wednesday before, so I thought wonderful. Outside box was not original Ashton Drake. Opened inside box to find it was obviously a older doll with glued on hair. Sight description says hand rooted hair. Inside box was torn and taped. Definitely sent me a once returned doll from years past. Called to see if they could replace with quality I was paying for and was told they couldn't send replacement until I sent imposter doll back which would take 3 to four weeks. I need it in 3 days. Have been told so many lies by customer service I can't even take any more. Asked for a possible credit of some sort for not getting the quality of doll advertised and was told only option Is to return and not have a gift. I have bought other dolls from them and they are beautiful. Unfortunately by not making this right. It will be my last and will never recommend this company in the future.

I am completely unsatisfied with my experience with the entire order process and doll. I ordered two dolls, one for each of my daughters. After reading a lot of reviews (after I ordered) I decided it probably wasn't worth the money and called to cancel (not even 8 hours after ordering). The woman told me I couldn't cancel because my dolls were already shipped... so if I want, I can return it once I get them and get my money back.. when? Ridiculous! Next thing, I realized that I was put in a membership that I had to call to have cancelled, not once but THREE times! What the heck?! It gets worse... I looked at my bank account and thank god I did! Ashton Drake charged 4 extra amounts totaling over $700.00 on-top of the almost $400.00 that I had already spent on the dolls! One of the two dolls arrived this week and I am so upset! They are not a good doll at all. Not worth $50.00 let alone near $200! I am outraged! I have spent so much time and money on this company to have to now go through so many hoops to try to get my money back! Absolutely ridiculous! I wouldn't even leave one star but you have to in order to leave a review of how awful this company is. DO NOT give them your card number and if you have, definitely check your bank account!

I'm extremely disappointed in the company, the customer service and the Ashley Doll. I ordered it for my daughter for Christmas, the doll did not hold up to the standards we expected. It only took breaths when you would turn it off and on. It was not as cute as pictures made her look as well. January 27 we decided to send it back. The 1st representative was very nice and helpful. He told me the refund would be in my account 3-5 days. February 1 fedex reported that the doll was delivered. No refund what's so ever. I called again they claimed they didn't have the doll yet. After multiple attempts I was getting nowhere. Then a payment came out of my account for the doll. I called again they couldn't credit me back but said my money should be coming soon. Then the lady said I'll even take your card info off so they can't take anymore payments. Feb 18 still no refund I called again and they said by Monday it'll be there. Of course nothing so I attempted to call on Monday they said by Wednesday it'll be there. Today I did not get my refund then they told me they sent out a check today since my card info wasn't on file. The customer service was extremely rude, I have not received my money or even a simple apology for the inconvenience and how bad they continue to mess up. I would highly suggest you stay away from there products and there horrible customer service. Worst mistake ever thinking I should order from them!

I went to purchase 2 dolls for my children. The problem is their payment information, lack of information, and what little info they do supply it is incorrect. I signed up for payment plans on both. It gave me the option to do so. But then they charged me this weird amount of money. And I am not sure why? So I decided to cancel the order. It says in order to get a refund, you need to call their 24/7 hotline. The number they provide is not to the order/refund department, it is to their membership. Which by the way, you get signed up automatically. And will be charged monthly if you do not cancel. WHICH ALSO is a pain. So good luck with that. ALSO...the line you do want is actually not provided. And they not only don't tell you their office hours...but they are not 24/7 like stated. The membership line also doesn't have information on that part. Soooooo...I suppose call in the middle of the day so you can get all time zones. In hopes to get a hold of them? I am still trying so here is hoping as well! The emails they send you are not detailed. They don't itemize anything and the payments never match whatever they state. Now...I know they are going to attach their generic message...but this is for FUTURE buyers. Please beware of these issues. They are a train wreck. And legit problematic. Read all of the reviews. We all are having the same issues. PLEASE BE SMART. STAY CLEAR AWAY!

Horrible company, this was our last order ever
Horrible company, this was our last order ever. I have 2 little girls and they love dolls, but I'd rather spend my money at another doll company. One doll they sent us had a zombie looking completely fuzzy eye ball, my kid was terrified. It took 3 weeks after returning it and I finally called them again as they had not replaced the doll or gave my money back. Finally after calling again, they said I'd have to wait 3 more days for a refund. Then I tried to order a doll on the phone and their customer service charged me full price of $129 in stead of $79.99. They informed me their system wasn't updated and that they would cancel the order and I'd have to order on website so I did. Then they message me saying the fund weren't in my account so I call my bank and they had charged me $129 and $79.99 for one doll! They said they canceled the one but it takes 3 days. Then they said because of the zombie eyeballed doll, they would give me a letter for $15 off but I had to purchase again a doll and put it on a payment plan and wait to get the invoice and sign the letter and go to the post office and pay for a stamp and gas again to mail it back to them to get the $15 off. I'm a busy mom with 2 small children, I don't have time for that. Then we just did an order and it's been over two weeks, we just received the one doll that was like $69 and it looks like a *** knock off for $10 and I order only through Ashton Drake's website or customer service. The dolls hair was straight and sticking up all over and the doll was stiff so not worth the money. Luckily my one year old didn't care and loves it or I would've sent it back. But it's more of a hassle to send back. Customer Service is ***!

Buyer Beware! I took to Ashton Drake's website on 12/9, hoping to find ***, the main thing my daughter wanted for Christmas. I found her and after checking the shipping options, determined that Standard Delivery would work as the website stated estimated delivery was 12/16/22. I didn't see the since in paying more for expedited shipping since it seemed the product would arrive by Christmas, so order placed with standard shipping. A few days later, I attempt to check my order status to ensure my order had been received and processed; I had to create an account, no big deal, so I do and was delighted to see that the status showed my product shipped on 12/10...great, it should make it by the estimated delivery date...WRONG! Since my product DID NOT arrive by 12/22, I took to their website again to check my order status...WILL SHIP BY FRIDAY JAN 15...OMG! I attempted to send an email via website only to hit submit and get an ACCESS DENIED message. So, I send an email via the email address provided in my order confirmation...it was sent back as undeliverable. So I call. I was told that the product I ordered was on back order and that's why it wouldn't ship until 1/15. I explained that their site DID NOT note that the doll was on back order when I placed my order AND that my status a few days after ordering showed that my product shipped. Needless to say, I asked for a supervisor and waited forever. Supervisor was extremely apologetic, but unfortunately there wasn't anything they could do to resolve the immediate problem...they could either ship the doll I ordered when it became available, or they could express ship another doll of choice, but unfortunately it would not arrive before Christmas. I told them to cancel my order, to which I still haven't received any confirmation to that request and my status through their site still shows my order being received and to ship on 1/15. Going to check that my CC hasn't been charged because they supposedly don't do that until they ship your product and considering that at one point their site said it shipped, they may get another call from me! Save yourself the headache and get your dolls elsewhere!

I ordered the *** Doll on 11/21. It was not listed on backorder or out of stock. Paid it in full. Had to pay $15 for standard shipping. 19 days later, on 12/10 I finally receiving a shipping notification. Why on earth did it take 19 DAYS to ship? Doll was supposed to arrive between 12/11/14/20. *** tracking was stalled with no updates as to where my package was. On 12/18 I notified the company via email that the doll still had not arrived. 12/21 received an email from the company that basically said the package was with *** with a tracking # So - no help I already knew this. 12/22 received a notification from *** that the package would be delivered. At 2:04PM received a notification that the package was delivered. My husband works from home and confirmed no package had been delivered. What was delivered was a letter to my mailbox at that exact time (confirmed via doorbell camera) from ***. The letter was from Ashton Drake congratulating me on the arrival of my doll. WHAT A JOKE! I contacted customer service to complain. The lady was rude and told me that I "clearly ordered the doll when it was on backorder and that is why it took them 19 days to ship it. We don't always list the dolls on backorder." My reply- This doll wasn't on backorder when I ordered it or I would not have placed the order and that's funny because this same doll is currently listed on backorder on your website. How is this MY fault?!? She then replied "Well then someone stole the doll because we shipped it." Oh ok, so don't take ANY responsibility on your end. Yeah, *** might have lost the doll- or you might have only mailed me a letter and popped a shipping number on it...who the heck knows. I filed a claim with ***/*** for the missing package but am also realistic that it likely will not result in the finding of the package. Ashton Drake offered to replace the missing doll, which I agreed to; however it is on backorder now and they cannot provide me with an estimated arrival date. *** Now I have a heartbroken little girl. Thanks Ashton Drake. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

I ordered a doll that my GD chose with guaranteed deliver by Christmas. I received an email with a delivery date mid Jan. I contacted the company and the customer service rep said I could not have ordered it as it was part of the new collection on back order. I have the email confirmation of my order. He then said he couldn't find the doll on line. He said I could choose another doll. I told him what we were looking for and he would only looked by price not description. I asked for a supervisor. We chose another doll with guaranteed Christmas delivery. When I could not see this order number in my profile ( to date it is not on my account but I have the email with order #) so I called the company. I was told the doll was on back order. I asked for a supervisor. This person did spend some time with me trying to find a doll. We could only find 1 doll available that didn't look plastic. She also said she'd send the reindeer bunting since I had so much trouble and would call me Monday to ensure overnight delivery. Overnight means 1-2 business days to this company. Well, we received a doll but no bunting. Trying to make this presentable so we need the bunting or I'll need to go buy other clothing or a layett for the doll. My order status is still "preparing for shipment" status. I spoke with customer service supervisor and she thought the delivery had not been sent due to the shipping status as noted above. She reports inability to contact the warehouse or anyone above her. She reports the system updates each night and this is why there are problems.
If you have 50 dolls and take 50 orders the system doesn't recognize that the stock is gone since the system update doesn't update until MIdnight. So, they keep taking orders they can't fill. No one at the company thinks this is a problem.
False advertising for availability and shipping.
I asked for contact info for the company and she gave me *** with a phone number (this system will not allow the number to be listed here) with instructions to listen to all instructions and then dial "0." This is the secretary that takes calls and it's Central time; however, it rings then loops back to the instructions.
I called back to customer service and spoke to supervisor and he says there is not a name or number to give anyone. I asked if the info received was a lie or just something to passive a customer. He said he didn't know what was said in our conversation but he couldn't give me a name or number to call. The problem I'm trying to convey is poor customer service and lack of communication within their organization. The numbers loop and are not answered. They can't even ensure deliveries. They put "notes in the system" as the supervisor said. It is very apparent that this is a dead end- not read by anyone.
The supervisor took my number and said a Manager would call within 24 hours.

If I could give this company zero stars I would! I ordered two dolls. One on Dec. 5th and one on Dec. 7th, both with guaranteed Christmas delivery. The first one shipped Dec. 9th and the money was drafted from my account. I then received notification that a shipping label was created and the package would soon be on it's way for the second one. The money was also immediately drafted from my account for this one as well. Days went by with no movement of either package. I emailed the company several times (which I have all emails still saved) and kept being guaranteed they would be here in plenty of time for Christmas. Then after 8 pm my time which is Eastern so it would have 9 their time on Dec. 19th I received an email that the one doll the label had been created for was no longer available. Since they were closed I had to call them Sun. morn the 20th to find out what was going on bc it clearly states that you won't be charged until shipment and my money was gone from my account and now they're saying the item isn't available and I need to choose something else. The guy I spoke to that Sun told me the email was a mistake and the item had indeed shipped on the 15th, once again guaranteeing that Christmas delivery for both dolls. When nothing had changed by Dec. 22nd I called back. The girl told me that *** wasn't updating tracking as often as they should and she was showing both should be to my home by end of day. I didn't buy into this bc I have done 80% of my shopping online this year and have had no problems tracking with ***, *** or *** and I've also had no problem with delivery until this. In fact, I ordered an item last night (22nd) from another company that has already shipped and will be here tomorrow. Anyway, after speaking to the girl I used my lunch break at work to go to the post office and find out about tracking. They told me Ashton Drake was lying. They said if it was shipped it could be tracked. By the time I got home from work last night AD was closed and of course neither doll had been delivered. I called back to Ashton Drake this morn and got one girl who once again tried to put it off on *** so I gave her the *** toll free number and told her I would be glad to hold for her to call them and clarify what was going on bc they are telling me the problem is on AD's end. She stated she could not do that, not sure why if you're truly trying to offer the best customer service you can and you know these have been shipped as you're saying. However, if you know you're lying I guess there is no need to waste your time. I got off the phone with her bc she just sat there in silence with no answers and I had to keep saying "Hello" after everything I said to make sure she was even still on the line. I called back and got someone else. Explained my situation and for once finally got someone who was compassionate and honest. I could hear her say to herself when she was looking into "oh my" and I knew that couldn't be good. She said ma'am I am so sorry to inform you but the one doll shipped on the 9th won't arrive until the 29th and the other hasn't even technically shipped yet. The label was created on the 15th but that is all I can see. This was all the same things I could see when tracking them and knew I wasn't crazy nor was the guy at the post office and that we had been told lies the whole time about them getting here in time. I explained to her that I'm not sure why the advertise guaranteed Christmas delivery (even up to 2 days ago) when they know that isn't true and this can't be blamed on the carrier getting backed up bc they can't move an item along in the system that they never received. These items were ordered weeks ago and there is no reason they won't be here other than slackness on a company's part that is taking $100's of dollars from people with no intention of doing what they promise. I told her how I wish someone had been honest with me days ago bc these are cheap dolls and at over $400 spent between the two that was a big part of my girl's Christmas *** That is the only silver lining to this is I can get my money back but this company seriously needs to find a way to make things right for all the people they have *** this year. We have ordered AD dolls for the last 6 years beginning with my oldest and then started ordering two once we had my younger daughter as well but this will be our last year with this. We will be finding somewhere else.

Delayed Delivery: Ashton Drake Dolls Still Haven't Arrived After Months of Waiting
has passed since I ordered my dolls from Ashton Drake and I'm still waiting for them to arrive. I was told they would be shipped in October, but when I checked on the status today, it said they wouldn't be here until the end of November. This is frustrating because my previous orders from Ashton Drake came on time with no issues. I hope they arrive soon because I'm excited to add them to my collection.

I gotta say, my experience with Ashton Drake has been pretty frustrating. I've been trying to get in touch with them about billing my credit card, but they just won't respond. I mean, come on, how hard is it to send a quick email or something? It's like they're too busy taking selfies or something.
I've tried reaching out to their customer service three times now, but no luck. I'm starting to wonder if they even care about their customers at all. I mean, I get that they're probably busy with other stuff, but still. A little communication would be nice.
I even thought about calling them, but after reading some other reviews, I'm not sure that's a good idea. Apparently, some people have gotten hung up on when they tried to call. That's just not cool.
Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with Ashton Drake. I was really excited to order from them, but now I'm not so sure. I just wish they would respond to my messages and make things right. Is that too much to ask?

So, I ordered a doll from Ashton Drake on December 21st and paid extra for two-day shipping. But, it's been seven days and I still haven't received my doll. I checked the tracking on Thursday and it said it would be delivered on Saturday, but it's now Monday and still no doll. So, I wanted to share my experience with Ashton Drake. I had some issues with their customer service, which was not good at all. I had to contact them to get a refund, and it was not an easy process. After I finally got the refund, they kept bothering me about paying for the returned doll. They even claimed that I owed them money for a chargeback, which was not true. Wells Fargo had already issued them a refund, and even the Ashton Drake agent admitted that it was their mistake. They told me to disregard their invoice in January, but then they sent another one asking for money that I didn't owe them.
I tried to explain the situation to them, but they refused to listen. They wouldn't even call my bank to verify the refund. Instead, they kept harassing me and sending me invoices. It was really frustrating, and I felt like they didn't care about me as a customer.
In the end, I had to file a police report on them and dispute their invoice. It was a lot of hassle and stress, and I wouldn't recommend Ashton Drake to anyone. Their customer service is terrible, and they don't seem to care about their customers at all. If you're thinking about buying from them, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

On 08/12 I ordered a doll for my granddaughter who was having surgery on 08/17. I paid 35.94 for 2 day shipping. I received it Friday. The doll should have arrived on 08/14 and when it didn't I called Ashton Drake and was told it would be here by Wednesday, I told them fine it came on Friday while I was with my grandchild at the hospital. I WANT THE 35.94 REFUNDED TO ME. I did not get 2 day shipping.

I had cancelled my order yet there has been no refunds received. Item *** This item had not shipped when I was told that it would. I cancelled the order on August 30th. I was told originally that it would take 1-3 weeks for a refund. When I called back, September 22nd, after there was no refund issued, I was told that it would be another 2-4 weeks for a refund and that a department manager would call me within 24hrs. It has now been a week since I was supposed to receive that call. I am still yet to receive a refund.

Contact with *** supplied me with information that they never received the package. They were puzzled on how one of there tracking numbers was on a package they never had. Attempts to contact today were useless. No one answered phone lines. An complaint by email has been sent.

I received a scam call two days ago. They had my name, address, phone number, and order history. The company refused to delete my account even though my information was compromised. I would not recommend using this company. I purchased the doll from Ashton Drake, but the scammer mentioned another company. They were aware of the doll I had bought.
Returning customer from 20yrs. Placed an order first time as a New Customer. Make my selection of doll my payment objections of installments. $31.35 took out of my acct.. Received an order # by email. So I just called to ask a question. My order was cancelled. It was done Wed. I received no email stating they needed entire balance. But they claim my money was pending. I disagree. My money is OUT. Maybe pending on your end Iam assuming. As a returning old but new customer those oppositions should ve never been given or at least notification by email. It's funny on how it took 5 sec to take my money but with including the day I ordered and 3 to 5 business days, that's 7 days to give me back my money! Very disappointed will be looking for another company. I would've been willing to pay full amt. The fact is this was for a birthday! Glad I called!
both dolls we have ordered weren't worth the price AT ALL! i understand the "lily rose" isn't intended for under 14 but my daughter is 10 and is as gentle with it as a real baby. the hair is falling out ( we don't even do much with it if at all ) the eyelashes fell off and there are tons of cracks all in the silicone just from normal handling.. not to mention she's a $250 baby! not worth the money!
