The company reached out to us with there "wonderful Money saving product"

Promised that the product will save us money on fuel. it was the worst decision we ever made - our vehicle was twice as heavy on fuel than before - no follow up regarding the product - just taking our money with debit orders - we had to preplace bogi cords at our own expense- then when we told them we have a problem they only stated we need to read the contract and we need to send it back to them at our cost - if not they will not stop the debit order - bad client service

Claimed loss: we lost about R 680

Desired outcome: a refund would be nice and an apology for the bad experience with the ladies that called us. They were very rude.
