I can't get threw to anyone, and they won't return my messages. They keep deducting money from my account. I told them my spouse has forced me into contested divorce and they want to charge me an additional $20 to send my money back to me.

This company took a lot of money from me and didn't do what they promised. I wanted my money order back, but they said I had to pay them to send it back. I didn't ask for a refund for the services they didn't provide, just my money order so I could file myself. They are a scam. It's been over a year and I haven't received anything.

The whole divorce took a year, and I had to call them every week to check on it. Finally, the divorce is done, and I paid all the money. It's been three months now, and I've been calling every week to get the official divorce papers. They said they were sent by mail, but then they said a delivery person would bring them. After a week, the delivery person had some made-up problems, according to Ms. V. Then she said they would be sent through ***. It's been a week and a half, and I'm still waiting, and she keeps coming up with more excuses. This is the worst company ever.

This company is super pro and totally at the top of their game. They handled my divorce with mad efficiency, compassion, and complete professionalism. Their years of experience totally helped them slice through the court red tape and they got my divorce in like less than 90 days. I told a bunch of my buddies about this place and I'm gonna keep spreading the word. I totally recommend this company's services to anyone who wants a crazy affordable divorce process.

I gotta say, this place is a total disaster. I mean, seriously, it's a joke. My divorce dragged on for a whopping two years before it was finally done. And now, trying to get a copy of the decree? Well, that's just another never-ending wait. They told me to swing by today to pick it up, but guess what? The legal assistant was a no-show. Can you believe it? I wasted a solid two hours of my precious work time because of their sheer incompetence. Let me tell you, don't even think about using this law firm. Trust me, you'll regret it big time. These guys are masters at lying to your face. They promise to call you back, but it's all a bunch of baloney. Once they've got your money, forget about any professionalism or decent customer service. It's like they toss it out the window or something. So yeah, save yourself the headache and steer clear of these clowns.

This law firm or company took my money and never finished the work I paid them for. They were supposed to file a divorce for me, but they never completed it. Now, they don't answer my phone calls at all. It's been a few weeks, and it seems like they have disappeared. I think we should all come together and take legal action against them for falsely presenting themselves as a legitimate business when they are actually running a scam. I found out that they pay for reviews on *** to hide the fact that they are scamming people. If you look closely, you'll see many fake reviews that drown out the real ones, which reveal how many people they have deceived. I can assure you that any positive reviews you see here or on *** are not genuine, and they will just steal your money.

I gotta say, I had the same bad experience as a lot of folks. They never bothered to return my calls. I had to get crafty and have a buddy pretend to need their help with a divorce just to get a response. They called him back right away. He had me on the line and we did a conference call. That's when I finally spoke to ***. It showed me that they do listen to their messages, so why not call back the paying customers? I paid for my divorce, but they called my husband like 7 times. One time, it was even late in the evening with loud music in the background. But me, the paying client, got no response! And why am I dealing with a case manager named Analie V instead of the attorney? I paid for an attorney, not a case manager. When I sent my paperwork, it went to some dock instead of the actual law firm. I filed in August , and people need to stop using these so-called professionals. A real law firm would be professional and have an attorney sign the paperwork, not just a case manager.

I got lied to 'bout when my divorce gonna be finalized. They kept sayin' they gonna send me the paperwork, but they never did, even though they promised me multiple times on different dates and times. It's been over a year now, and I still ain't got nothin'.

I paid DivorceFilers to help me with my divorce because I was moving from ***. I gave them all my documents, but they didn't do anything. Now I have to file for another divorce.

On Oct 19, 2021, I paid $899.00 to DIVORCEFILERS for an uncontested divorce. Since October last year, I haven't been able to get in touch with Divorcefilers, the agency I used to file my divorce papers. I've been calling, but no one answers. I checked their website, and it's not working anymore. There's no way to contact them, and I haven't received any updates on my case.

On August 10th, I sended $999 to divorcefilers.com to get divorce papers made and sent to my spouse. They ain't showed no proof of sending the papers and also gave me a court number for my case that don't even exist in the nyc court system when I checked. They ain't done what they promised and now I want my money back. Plus, this business seems like a big scam 'cause of what other folks been complainin' 'bout.

I paid like $200 to this company called DivorceFilers about 6 months ago for divorce papers and a class that I never even took because I was waiting for my paperwork. But guess what? I still haven't received the paperwork that I filled out for my divorce. I tried to get a refund, but they kept giving me all these lame excuses as to why I can't get my money back. They're saying that I'm outside the 30-day return policy, but seriously, when I never got what I paid for, I don't think that policy applies. Then they blamed it on the information I provided when I filled out the forms. All I want is my money back, but now they won't even bother replying to my emails. I paid them on March 25th, and I'm so done with this nonsense.

I hired DivorceFilers back in 2019 to handle my divorce. The case manager's name was ***. I paid *** dollars for the divorce and I signed all the papers. In April , *** sent me an email with a divorce decree, stating that my divorce was finalized. I was really happy and used the copy I had for everything.

But in October 2022, when I went to the supreme court to get the original divorce decree, I discovered that the paper and index number I had were fake. It was a shock to me. Now, I'm in a dangerous situation and I need help. I've been trying to contact the office since then, but *** initially said she would take care of it and now she has stopped answering my calls.

I've been trying to get in touch with *** to ask about getting my money back ($2,500) that I sent them as a first payment on December 3. I emailed them to ask for a refund because they can't do the services they said they could on their website ***. The person in charge of my case (***) called me back and said they would refund me on October 14, 2022. But now, it seems like the case manager isn't answering my calls when I try to follow up, as of November 9, 2022. Since I can't reach the case manager or their office, it's making me think that I might have been scammed. They advertised services and took payment for services they didn't actually provide to me as their client. I really want my initial deposit money ($2,500) back.

I paid DivorceFilers to help me file an I-130 petition for my wife who lives overseas. I gave them the documents they needed, filled out the application, and included a check for the filing fee. They said they sent everything out in June and I was supposed to get a notice within 30 days. But it's November now and I haven't received anything. I called USCIS and emailed them to check if they got my check, but they don't have any records of it or my application. I tried to contact DivorceFilers, but nobody answers the phone or responds to my emails. They never gave me a tracking number for what they supposedly sent out. And when I asked for the tracking number before, they said they would give it to me three times but never did. I told them through email and phone that if I didn't hear back by October 12th, I would assume they were ignoring me. They never replied. Now I feel like they lied to me and took my money without providing the service. I want a refund. The transactions were on May 27th, 2022 - a deposit of $110.00, and another deposit of $2885.00 to start the paperwork. I attached some emails I sent, emails to USCIS lockbox support, and the invoices from DivorceFilers. My wife and I wasted our time and energy with them, and now we have to file on our own and maybe find another lawyer. I would really appreciate any help you can give. Thank you.
