DistroKid review: Counterclaim for copyright infringement

A month ago, I uploaded my first EP on all streaming platforms. The producer wrongfully submitted a copyright infringement on one of my songs, so Apple Music took it down. I contacted the producer who admitted it was wrong since I did purchase a valid lease and proved it. He intentionally took no further action. On January 17th I submitted a DMCA claim to Distrokid providing screenshots of the email and a copy of the lease license. They have yet to even respond or do anything about this. It's been over a month! I just want my songs restored on Apple Music.
