Artistpr.com is a company that I would not recommend to anyone. I was fooled into thinking that they were a credible company because they were promoted by radioairplay.com. However, I soon found out that they are a fraudulent company. They claim that they can help you reach over three thousand online blogs, ezines, radio stations, and more with your press release. But this is a lie.

I submitted my press release to them and it was approved. However, when I did a google search, I could only find it on their website. Their website is deserted and no one visits it. When I brought this up to them in an email, they never responded. They took two months of payments from me which totaled $92. I never received any value for my money.

It is disappointing that there are companies like Artistpr.com that take advantage of artists who are trying to promote their work. I would advise anyone who is considering using their services to think twice. They are not a credible company and they will not help you reach your target audience. Save your money and look for other ways to promote your work.

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with the service I got from ArtistPR. I shelled out $197 for a press release, but what I got back was a hot mess. The capitalizations were all over the place, the sentences were jumbled and confusing, and it didn't even really say anything about my band or our music. Honestly, it was pretty embarrassing.

The websites they distributed the press release to were all pretty much dead. Some of them were just extensions of bigger media names, but they didn't seem to have any real traffic. I was pretty annoyed, but I figured as long as my album showed up in search results, it was worth it.

But then, a year went by and nothing had changed. I decided to do a little digging and see what was going on. I searched for my album on Google and checked the "Press Release Report" that ArtistPR had sent me. And guess what? Not a single webpage with my press release was still active. And to make matters worse, the Press Release Report page was no longer available either. The only place you could still see my press release was buried under thousands of others on the ArtistPR website.

I was so frustrated. It seemed like the pages they had distributed the press release to weren't even real in the first place. I was willing to overlook a lot of issues, but this was just ridiculous. These guys didn't even have the decency to keep the fake webpages up for more than a few months after the press release was released. What a waste of $200.

I learned my lesson, though. I won't be using ArtistPR again, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else either. It's just another company trying to take advantage of amateur musicians for a quick buck. There's nothing of value here.
