Discover Cars review: Refund on booking

I was promised a full refund by customer service agent Ettore, which surprise, surprise I never received.
I then called back and again spoke with another agent who said they would follow up with me, well that went absolutely NOWHERE!
Now the booking I cancelled and still have an outstanding credit with Discovercars is floating around in never never land. Now i can NOT speak to a live agent only a virtual thing. I will never ever use them again for a car rental booking. They have TERRIBLE customer service
