Discount Bandits...ABSOLUTELY DID A GREAT JOB with my order! They were PROFESSIONAL, FAST and found a rug that I originally saw on an online store for over $*** for $385 (along with their handling fee...which came out to about $403)...AN ADDED PLUS was that I received FREE SHIPPING...WHAT A DEAL! WE ARE ELATED WITH OUR NEW RUG! The quality is AMAZING and it is EXACTLY THE SAME RUG that I... again...originally saw for *** plus dollars! The color is vibrant and I would not have been able to purchase this item otherwise! My husband ordered an item through them, in the past and had the same POSITIVE OUTCOME! WE WILL CONTINUE TO FIND DEALS WITH... "DISCOUNT BANDITS!" Why pay more!?!

We had a fantastic experience with Discount Bandit. We had decided upon an LG Gas Range, but weren't thrilled with the price $2400.00+ (before tax) at our local stores. We found Discount Bandit in our quest to save a little bit of money and ended up saving well over $1400.00. Discount Bandit kept us informed every step of the way and our stove arrived on time in perfect condition. We could not be more thrilled. For the record, it took 4 weeks to get our stove, but it would have taken the same 4 weeks at a local big box store. We made out like Bandits on this deal and hope everyone looking for a bargain will give them a chance. Great staff, great experience, and a mind blowing price. Thank you so much Discount Bandit.

We ordered a refrigerator which was out of stock and finally received it after 3 months due to the shortage of inventory caused by the ongoing COVID crisis. Fair warning: do not assume that anything you want to order is in stock and be prepared to wait. The appliance vendor we were matched with was willing to cancel the order at any time for a full refund and Discount Bandit was also willing to refund their referral fee upon cancellation. We decided to wait it out and were very pleased with the outcome. The local delivery crew was excellent. Be sure to keep all your records regarding what installation and haul-away services you ordered. btw, we saved almost $700 on that fridge compared to what we would have paid at a big-box store.

If I could give 0 stars I would! DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! I paid over $2,000 for a GE Cafe fridge in MAY, they gave me an estimated delivery date of August 2nd... OK, it's a discount site and they warn of delays so I was prepared to wait and was being patient. It is now OCTOBER 6th and I have yet to receive my $2k fridge NOR have I received ANY sort of communication regarding the order. The seller's contact info they gave goes to a voicemail that doesn't call back, the email address is undeliverable and there's no mailing address. I'm currently in the process of disputing the charges with my bank and reporting to the FTC from 5 MONTHS AGO! Absolutely unbelievable that place is still in operation, DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

I had been shopping for a refrigerator for months. I found the one I wanted, but it was a bit pricey. So I kept looking for it to go on sale. It not only didn't go on sale, the price went up. Fortunately, I stumbled across Discount Bandit. I plugged in the model number, and they found the refrigerator I wanted, and at a better price than I had originally found. It was the sale price I had been looking for. They told me it could take as long as 6 weeks for delivery and it did take 3 weeks, but it was well worth the wait. The delivery fellas were great too, even took the old refrigerator. I am happy with my new refrigerator, the work of the delivery fellas, and Discount Bandit. In fact, I have recommended Discount Bandit to family and friends.

They are a middle man and they match you with the retailer who will send you a product. They are giving you false information because they want you to place an order with them, since they get commission. I was first time buyer and I found an item that I liked. I called them and when I talked to the rep who gave me the information that is not what they actually follow. As a result I have a lot of problem with the product I ordered. When I called them and try to solve the problem they sent me to retailer, and when I called retailer, they didn't want to take any responsibility as well and send me back to Discount Bandit again. As a result I was shoveled back and forth and nobody wanted to take care of a problem. Its definitely not the company you want to work with! Be aware!

I was looking for a range hood to replace the microwave/rangehood that was installed by the builder of our new home. I found a high-end *** hood, which was a newer, but equivalent version of one we'd had in our previous home. Most prices were in the low-to-medium $600 range (and their web pages looked identical!), but through Discount Bandit, the price was under $500. Even adding in their "finder fee" I saved $100+ from other outlets.
I WAS hesitant at first, since the discount was significant, but after some research, found they were "okay". I ordered late March, and it arrived about 3 weeks later. Considering no one locally had this item in stock, I think that was not an unreasonable shipment time.
Bottom line, I would go back to Discount Bandit if I needed another appliance.

I've read the other reviews and think people need to remember that Discount Bandit finds someone who will give you the great deal you get, once they match you, it is the company who is fulfilling your order you should have any grievances with, not Discount Bandit. I was, and am, thrilled with the deal I was able to find on the refrigerator I purchased through Discount Bandit's match. While it did take a touch longer to get the refrigerator than I had hoped, always knew it was the delivering company who I should make inquiries to, not Discount Bandit-they did their job flawlessly. I guess my recommendation is to realize you are getting a great deal via Discount Bandit and then be a touch more patient than you normally would with a big box retailer in the speed in which you receive your product.

We finally decided on a rug for our dining room, then went about trying to find the best price. Discount Bandit had the best price by far, but I had never heard of them before and thought maybe it was too good to be true. After reading all of their FAQs, I thought I had a pretty good idea of how it worked, so we thought we'd go ahead and give it a try. If it didn't work out, we'd take it up with our credit card company. Low and behold, they matched us up with one of the same retailers we had already been considering for the purchase. Within a week of ordering, we had our new (yes, it's new and in perfect condition) rug and saved nearly $800. Who knew it could be so easy? It's like having that uncle (you know the one...he doesn't want to pay full price for anything!) barter on your behalf, but better, because you don't have to be embarrassed!

When they came to deliver my washer, dryer, AND pedestals, they informed me that they will not install the pedestals because I didnt pay for it ! On YOUR website (which is where I selected the services), there was no information about the pedestals not being included in the set-up. Because of your error, I assumed it was all included. NOW I must hire someone to put these pedestals on the appliances ! The delivery men said this happens all the time angering the customers. On the company website where you got my appliances, I see they have that selection. Oh My God $100 to install !Their customer service offered to come back at an additional $100 to place these pedestals. WHAT A RIP OFF! Although Ive used your service before, I will never do business with you again. Im *** ! And yes, I will report you to the ComplaintsBoard.com and post bad reviews on every website I can find.

Skeptical but delighted.
We were doing a kitchen remodel. The designer showed us a sink we loved but the price was unreal, more than $4,000. I could not justify it and took it upon myself to find something similar. I searched the internet and found the almost the exact sink (different manufacturer) but everything else was identical down to the grade of steel. I ordered it paying LESS THAN $1000.

I was skeptical due to it coming from a company I had not heard of and the way it worked. They would go out and search for the item and then let me know if they could get it.

A day or two later I got the email stating they had found and secured the item and what the estimated ship date would be. I am happy to say, the new sink got to our house BEFORE the date they said they would even ship it. It was perfect and we saved a TON of money.

In the future i would totally use Discount Bandit and I even shared with our designer the website so he could share with future clients as well.

I had a terrible experience shopping with Discount Bandit. I placed an order for a *** wireless mic and receiver system on 7/5. I received my order confirmation and my CC was charged $532.62. Days went be and I didn't hear from the retailer I was matched with so I tried to contact them. I was told the order # provided was incorrect. Later I was told a shipping label has been created but they won't have the product in stock for another ten days to three weeks. I opted to cancel the order and I was told by two different individuals the my order had been canceled. They told me I had to go back to Discount Bandit to get them to refund my credit card.

Discount Bandit eventually refunded me their portion of $26.63 and assured me they have provided the retailer with the info for my refund. I put in a dispute with my CC provider and they said the retailer claimed they fulfilled my order and shipped it. I never even received an email with a shipping label. Two months on and I'm still trying to get my refund of $505.99.

I feel that Discount Bandit hooked me up with a very shady retailer and did not do much to help me resolve the problem. Never again!

So, I'll say that I read all of the negative reviews before giving discount bandit a try. Questionably, I placed a several thousand dollar order for a automotive brake kit on a Sunday, and the next morning, discount bandit had actually linked me with an outlet to fulfill my order at the agreed upon price. Later that day, the merchant contacted me, processed my order, and today received my products with everything being perfect. Discount bandit won't charge you for their cut of the transaction until your purchases ship, which is good. I have to mention that I too did not receive an order confirmation like everyone complains about, I checked my spam folder and everything. And without that, once you leave the screen after placing the order, you're kind of in the dark unless you took screenshots like I did. Personally, that's a major turn off for me, considering how much money I just spent. I started to have second thoughts on the process and reached out to discount bandit for a confirmation. I got the confirmation sent minutes before they found a merchant to provide the products I bought. Your mileage may vary, perhaps i had a smooth process because Discount Bandit was making more off of my order as opposed to small orders. Something to consider...

Best deal around. Hands down the easiest way to buy appliances. I'm very internet savvy but I couldn't find a deal as good as these guys did. I'll admit I was skeptical but no doubt they came through. The process was super smooth and communication was superb! Here's the deal, read the details. Do not use this service if you need something ASAP or are in a critical situation. As it says on the site multiple times. However, in my case, everything happened fast and better than expected. They got me an amazing deal better than anywhere on a top of the line LG stackable W/D and I couldn't be happier. I also purchased the extended warranty and after such a great experience I have no doubt it will pay for itself if needed. Highly recommend this service if you want the best deal and have some patience for delivery. All in all from searching to paying to delivery was less than 2 weeks. Touch less delivery was on point too. Ignore the bad reviews because I saw them and clearly people did not pay attention to some limitations that make very clear. Fortunately I didn't run into any snags, so again, like I said, if you have the time and want the deal this is without a doubt the way to go. I'll be back for a hot water heater I already found with them for at least 20-25% less as well as a new fridge in the next couple months. Can't wait for those deals too!

I had an unusual and not good experience with Discount Bandit. I ordered a Whirlpool washing machine through them. The price seemed right and they offered free delivery.
Being just a broker, not the merchant, I trusted all would be good.
They connected me with ***'s for the washer. After waiting over one month, ***'s has proved to be a farse! They took my money on initial transaction on 6/10, sent me confirmation via email and answered just one single inquiry about how they deliver, emailed the same day. Their website claimed my washer was on manufacturer backorder.
I tried repeatedly to find out how long to expect to receive it. Trying several times weekly, they never once answered their phone, nor ever responded to the numerous weekly emails I sent. As a result, on 7/7, I've filed a claim with my bank to use their help to get my money back!
I sent word of this to Discount Bandit and have received a refund for their service (a small percentage of the total price) and they gave me $25 as an apologetic gesture for my troubles!
A display of good, honest business on their part, but I would recommend staying clear of ***'s.

Ultimately, not exactly the experience I had expected nor hoped for!
I now wish I had just bought locally from ***, *** or *** on their 4th of July sales instead.
A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT

I placed an order on X-XX-XX for a TV. I should have known, based on this companies reviews, that some issue would arise. Sure enough, on 9/19, I received the following email:

Your order has been cancelled.

Our apologies, we have let you down. *** It was our mistake and we apologize. Your credit card has not been charged.

*** We of course monitor the performance of our sellers and a high problem rate will result in them being banned from our platform in the future.

We are a young company and as such we are still working out the occasional glitch that comes up. Know that we take these seriously and will be examining why this happened to avoid making the same mistake again. We apologize for the problems with your order.

How can you advertise an item for sale then just say oops! That is so unprofessional. This has nothing to do with this being a new company, this is just bad, unethical practices. You either had a company, that hopefully you vetted, that would fulfill the order at the price advertised or you did not. Obviously, in this case, you did not have even one company that agreed to sell the item at the price you advertises. Shameful.

I bought a ge cafe refrigerator with the 5-year extended warranty. The warranty was through CPS. I never got a proof of purchasing invoice that CPS says they need to honor my warranty. I paid $200 for this warranty I cannot get a hold of discount Bandit and CPS says they can't honor it without a proof of purchasing invoice. How do I get this? How do I get discount Bandit to answer they don't even have a website anymore... I don' think. I have numerous emails showing where I ask discount Bandit for this and they say CPS will take care of it but they will not without this receipt

they claim an A+ rating with BBBon their web site! After I placed an order and rated them I got an Email Stating they could not fill my order I ordered a Tuff Country lift kit(35935) on line provided credit info and gave them an excellent review. Then I got an email Stating they could not fill my order. Sound like a scam? I will now at the very least receive a ton of unsolicited advertisements and emails, at worst well use your imagination

Product offered on website, unable to follow thru with order for me but still advertised after my order cancelled Purchased a waterheater for our customer on website for $1869. Unbeknownst to me, my order was cancelled within hours of purchase saying they were not able to fulfill the request because they could not find anyone to honor the price. Now, I'm back online, searching for a new company to purchase from and they are still advertising for same heater same price. Wasting someone else's time, it cost me 3 days and $300.
