Digitel has a very poor service. We are subscribed in Digitel Telephone line with ADSL service. We have reported a service disruption due to no dial tone/noisy telephone line. The problem went on for 7 months. When their technicians finally found the problem they suddenly suspended their service (as in no internet and no outgoing calls.) They were claiming that we have to pay the outstanding bills of P10300. Our monthly bill is P1200 which means their billing did not adjust the bills accordingly. The 7 month service disruption was not deducted from the outstanding. I don't know how this can help me. But I hope somebody else has the same case and has the power to sue...
