I did not order anything and my account has been hacked

I checked my bank account and there are 2 withdrawls waiting to be taken out one for 21.20 the other for 5.25. I called [protected] and was told I need to give him my order number. I do not have a order number I did not order anything. Then he said he needed the card number it was taken from, thank god I cancelled that card before calling them. So I gave him a dead card and he still insisted I give him a order number. I was asked for my e-mail addresses. Then he said I have to send my bank account statement so they can verify my complaint. I told him I was contacting my lawyer and he hung up.

I have been charged today on my Amex for £44.99 which was not authorised. This must be refunded immediately. I do not have an order number as I did not order it. My e mail address is [protected]@g101.co.uk. I tried to go on and resolve this online but when I enter the password (after copying and pasting it so there were no errors) it would not give me access. I then pressed forgot my password in order to generate a new one but all it did was reconfirm the original one and I proceeded to do the same again and was still denied access.
Please refund me, take my card off your system and delete me from any further transactions

Payment for £39.99 taken from my barclays account on 16th August 2018. Bank have no information about your company. This is a fraudulent transaction. I want a full explanation as to how you got my bank details. Want a full refund immediately. If this is not forthcoming within 4 working days the matter will be taken further. On my own investigations this seems to be a problem numerous people are experiencing.

On the 5th of may 2017 i cancelled my renewal with PayPal for avast security and i was emailed from PayPal telling me that this had been done.On the 5th of may 2018 39.99 was taken out of my halifax account for a product that i haven't got anymore so i would like this money refunded to my account and for you to make sure that automatic payment is now cancelled and not taken out again will you please see that this doesn't happen again.

I have a credit card charge of a$54.99. Details are: date of transaction 16th january 2018, details digital river minnetonka recurring direct debit. I do not have a recurring direct debit and have no idea what this item represents.
It has been charge to my american express card which has since been cancelled. The card number was * * * 3150.
I have no documentation which can be attached.

i have never signed up at digital river and never made any payment for service. Still my credit card was charged inr 47k or usd 740 on saturday. I am totally shocked how is this even possible. Even when i tried on your customer service - search my order - my email did not exist there.

I request you to initiate refund after looking into this as soon as possible.

Aug 31. Received a fraud alert from American Express concerning a $29.99 charge from the Digital River Pacific company. I don't know what the charge was for. American Express denied the charge. This is not the only fraudulent charge that was on my account this morning. I make me angry knowing that even though this card has extra security measures it was still able to be compromised.
