An unexpected charge on my credit card today for $120.00 from SAMCART
The $120 charge was for an annual fee on a service I do not use. I looked into Sam Cart about a year ago and watched a few videos but have never used their service and want my refund, They refuse to give me the full amount. They did offer me $21 which is a joke. Very soon after I was contacted by a customer service representative named Taylor who I clearly told I would actually not be needing my account because the platform was not right for me. This was confirmed with me over the phone and now two weeks later I am billed $49.99 and I immediately shut my card off. Then they try billing me another $12!
