We purchased an Onyx boxing bob on 31st December 2025 with delivery expected 9-12 January 2026.
We followed the tracking instructions and received a message that the item was delayed due to a train derailment.
Followed up again through the website and were then advised that there was an error in the shipping price. We paid $117 shipped only to be told they wanted a further $170 (discount rate). Total shipping price $298.94
We disputed the additional fee and contacted Help Desk. They stopped responding.
Today 15/01/26 we looked at what the shipping would be if we ordered the item today. Todays shipping price is $132.95 which is a $15 difference, not $170
The company is no longer responding and we have not received a refund
