I have over (50) orders right now pending delivery. As the orders begin to come in 95% are being shipped to the wrong address. Since april 2020 (10) consecutive orders have been lost, shipped to the wrong address. Its kind of obvious there is a major shipping problem that the company refuses to get corrected. Check the photos, all delivered but not to me

My name is alper, I have user dhgate afe times for my shop but last time my stock nearly finish and I was neeed urgenty item for my stock... When I tryed order they blocked my card and I have contac them they said you need to wait for safety team you cant belive it they are asking my card photo and after 4 days they asked my card back photo and today 6th day and they dont count weekend so it make 10 days nearly... Its unbelive it what the hell is safety doing.?
It was my name, shopping adress same, card details same, bought same person and they blocked my card and stupid safety team still makes me wait.

I wish seller has got other option but he only use dhgate.
I hate this website after this shop never ever ever again

Placed a order on March 13th was told I would get the item by April 18th for my son prom and it's now June 4th and it still shows the same date it did 2 months ago. I filed a complaint and it say the would decide a resolution by May 22 and I still am getting the runaround about my order is coming and it is not coming I just wanna refine this has been the worst experience I have ever encountered in my life.

Order number [protected]. Leather handbag ordered on February 1st 2020.item was sent to wrong address and wrong state. I have contacted the buyer they never resolved my issue. The last message I got was a good month ago and they said they would check the address friend. Tracking information on your site shows it was delivered to an address in Atlanta Georgia. DHL site also shows delivered in Atlanta Georgia. I live in Long Beach Mississippi.

Hi I ordered 6 pairs of shoes and the tracking information isn't showing on dhl its saying its unsuccessful and ive tried massaging the seller at least 50 times and he's avoiding my messages im very upset I cant afford to lose money id like a refund this is truly wrong

I ordered a handbag over 1 month ago paid and it is pending . I told Dh gate when I went to cancel it said store gone. Now Dh gate is not giving me my refund! They take payment immediately but hate to give you your money back! Bad business DH Gate 😡😡😡😡😡

Order number [protected]. Bought 5th April 2020. Received watch which was fine for a few days then stopped working completely. Filed a dispute with DHGate and submitted video evidence. This was rejected even though it shows a watch that doesn't work. I can't get it repaired at a reputable watchmakers as the watch is a replica. I have contacted the seller directly and also through DHGate and they have ignored all of my emails. The only time they answered was when I showed interest in buying products. I now have a watch that is completely useless and they have taken my money. I am also submitting a complaint to the China Consumer Association (CCA) as this is disgusting and I am appalled at the fact that sellers can get away with this. I asked for a replacement or refund but have received neither.

I placed an order 4 weeks ago on Monday with DHGate, which had cost me Just under £200. I still haven't received it and have been lied to about the whereabouts of my order. I placed the order on Wednesday 6th April 2020. I was then told the following Monday, the 13th April that my order was ready to collect at my local UPS store, although I'd requested delivery. So I then went to my local UPS store and my order weren't there. I will attach my conversation with my communicator as I think the attitude is horrible towards the end and I am now just being ignored too, it has been over 4 weeks since placing my order and i was told that they've sent the order twice and that it was expensive, which isn't my fault, ‘I've paid for an order and haven't received it. I am still waiting on a reply after sending the message 2 days ago.

I have provided all the pictures of my cards. The payment has been taken from both my credit and debit card buy yet the items I purchased not been shipped and are on hold. Order#s are:

[protected]. I have used both previous credit cards to make other purchases in the past and never had a problem.

I order two items and it was waiting payment verification and after a day it says payment verification failed and they will issue a refund, and it was pending on my bank account for two days and after the two days the money disappeared from pending to 0 dollars...

I made 2 orders 2 days ago. The first one went through and is awaiting shipment the other says pending payment verification I was trying to cancel the order but it wouldn't let me and I ask my seller will my money be back on my card he said he don't know, I tried emailing DHgate with my order number but no response I just want my money back from the second order any help?

Ordered two items and paid for them using PayPal. I was told one item is out of stock a week after paying. Contacted seller to day I didn't want one without the other. Told to cancel the order. Opened dispute to cancel order to get a refund as requested. Refund needs to be agreed and is still pending. Seller confirmed they will refund but im still waiting for it to be confirmed and refunded overb3 weeks later. No item and no refund.

The issues with dhgate are broad & deep….. Too many to list! The real issue is not so much the dhgate site as it is the chinese culture. The chinese culture is based on dishonesty. The people of china are not honest, have no integrity, are not responsive to communications (email & messages) and they are not customer focused n the slightest bit. I have tried to purchase several items from dhgate and I have not received the products I ordered and the sellers kept my money!
Do not buy anything from dhgate ever. They are thieves!

I placed an order for a bomber jacket thru dhgate.com on 01/02/20 for the total amount of $ 46.71. On 01/08/20 I was checking the shipment status of my order and saw a message associated with my order that says "sold out" (see attachment 1 entitled order detail with comments) which clearly shows the item is in stock in china and available. You can still place an order for it however if it is not in stock I don't understand why they would still be taking orders and money for it.
I then messaged the seller and they informed me that I should file for a refund which I did. (see attachments entitled message history re bomber jacket).
I then requested a different jacket even though I haven't been issued a refund by the seller. They said they would send it in place of the original jacket that I truly wanted.
Now I am being asked to submit yet another order for the replacement jacket and they will then send the replacement jacket which I will not do because I was never refunded for the original jacket which, according to the seller is not in stock.
At this point I am about to give up on all of this and resign myself to the fact that I have been "taken" for the $ 47.00 however I want others to know they had better be prepared to be ripped off by the people hiding behind the merchandise that they report to have for sale and truly don't have it for sale.

I placed an order for a pair of yeezy shoes... They took out $46.86 from my bank account. I cannot find the order anywhere on dhgate.. My bank account had a phone number from indiana. The person answered the phone and said they do not know anything about an order. This was their personal cell phone number. I need to know where my order is.. The transaction id# is [protected]

So this pig spicket that you're selling has a cooked dog on it you can say what you want but remove head from [censored] and figure it out it's definitely not a hog and it's not a goat my cousin is that Tech and clear difference in legs pissing me off pull it together people I understand Tim and countries do different things but don't send that [censored] to my email maybe remove it altogether something to think about

I purchased 3 phones for $406. The seller sent me a tracking number and shipped product. I found out there days after tracking number was false. Their own website claims that invalid tracking number is immediate refund. Instead, 3 days s after shipping I was given a different tracking number. A honest customer service person admit to me it was a company breach, offered a refund but the next day it was stopped, and since then every worker I spoke to treated me like a criminal. Item hasn't come. My claim was denied. I'm speechless

I placed 4 orders on 11/21/2019. The order consisted of 2 pairs of shoes, a hoodie, tshirt and 2 cell phone cases. First off it took over 3 weeks on 2 of the orders to FINALLY depart China. I received the 1st order and the cases were all scuffed up, different color wrist straps, 2nd order: the item was 2 sizes too small &looked like a THICK vinyl iron on design was placed on it. 3rd order: received 22 days after purchase date. They were to be 2 pairs of shoes, I only received 1 pair. They had black smudge on them, where the top was to be leather, it was foam. Point of this is HORRIBLE product quality. (4th order:still in China. Today is 12/26/2019) I have messaged sellers, no responses, I have used the dhgate dispute option. First off after all the time that has passed on waiting on the items to ship, you have to wait 10 BUSINESS days for the mediation resolution. The deadline was 12/17/2019 for their resolution. As of today, once again 12/26, no resolution after their deadline and no response from messages sent. I paid over $300 for all orders(which were all going to be Christmas gifts) So at this point I am out $300, cannot get refunds or messages back from their resolution department.

Tracking shows the order has been delivered on November 19th but I havent received my merchandise yet.

I would like to understand where was my package delivered? Please initiate a refund incase, the package is delivered somewhere else.
I also observed that status of the order shows Pending . I am not sure why am i seeing contradictory statuses for a single order.
