Design Solutions Disappointing experience with Design Solutions: Unfulfilled promises and delayed delivery

This company Design Solutions has been taking forever to finish our website and mobile app. It's been over a year and a half and still nothing. We've talked to everyone in charge and all we continue to receive are promises without any actual follow-through. It's been incredibly frustrating and disappointing, to say the least. We definitely wouldn't recommend this company to anyone based on our experience. Hopefully, they can act more professional and actually deliver on their promises in the future.
