Sent unit in for repair. Received back 3 weeks later. Worse off then when I sent it.
Ticket #7106185. This started on 11/28/25. On phone with agent for on hour. Had me try different things. Worked for a day. Waited a week to see if better. Contacted them again on 12/9/25. Agent sent box for me to send unit in for repair. Got back 1/8/26. Not fixed
