Del Taco review: Super Slow Service

My complaint concerns the Del Taco located at:
1290 N Euclid St, Anaheim, CA 92801 (Drive-Thru)
Date/Time: Sat., Feb. 29, 2020 at approx. 6:30 p.m.

My complaint is as follows:
1) With (2) cars in front of me in line it took (5) minutes to order food.

2) It then took (18) minutes to get to the order window. I ask the cashier how long ago did I order my (4) Hard Shell Tacos. She said (18) minutes.

3) I spoke with the Manager, Maria Benitez and she apologized but said they were short staffed. I told her that after waiting that long, I should get my food either discounted, or for free. She said she couldn't do that, so told her I would be notifying Del Taco Corporate.

4) I left without my food and went to McDonalds. I waited 5 minutes 42 seconds at McDonalds.

I have never waited that long at any drive-thru restaurant for my food in my life. I thought this was totally ridiculous.

BTW, at Chick-Fila if you wait more that (5) minutes from the time they take your order, your order is free.
