Del Taco review: Incorrect order

I visited the Del Taco in Anthem, AZ today (6/15/22). I have always loved the food, especially the fries. When I approached the window in the drive thru to pay for my order, there was a disgustingly dirty tip jar hanging from the counter. The counter and window were so dirty, that it made me wonder what the inside of the restaurant looked like. After receiving my food and driving away, I realized that they had forgotten to include my fries. That's the main reason I was there! So, when I returned and tried to enter the dining room, the doors were locked and there was a sign on the door that said their dining room was closed. The entrance doors were as dirty as the drive up window - fingerprints, smudges and unknown stains on the concrete. I knocked and they answered. The gentleman was polite, but his uniform had food all over the front and looked like it hadn't been washed in a long time. Again, made me wonder what the kitchen area must look like. I got my fries, but they tasted horrible. I think that the oil probably needed to be changed, because the flavor of the fries was similar to rancid oil. I threw everything away. I was so disappointed. I still love Taco Bell, but I will never visit this location again. It is a very poor representation of the franchise and they should be ashamed.
