Del Taco review: Customer service

On Friday July 23rd around 3;40 pm I entered the drive through at this location. The employee could get my order right. I drove up to the window to place the order he refused. He decided to argue loudly with me over my order because he could understand. I was born and raised in California. I am an American citizen with no accent. Their was no reason for this argument over getting my order right. I had a coupon for buy 1 get one free Del Taco Tacos. I asked to have them on soft shells due to the fact I had my teeth surgical removed from my mouth because of infection and injury. I cannot eat hard shell. He refused. Then I asked can you please then make it chicken soft tacos and a drink. Again he wanted to just argue said no then wanted to charge me for more than I ordered. I asked for the manager. She came to the window and said no she cannot and will not make them soft shells, nor chicken because the coupon is for hard shell beef tacos only. After several years here this was never a problem until this new shift manager and employee came along. I was so angry with them I told since you cant get my order right and want to argue than you can cancel my order and I will just never come here again, and will notify every one I know on social media alot of recent problems that myself and others are having at this store. I drove off and bought my food some where else. Few nights ago same crew members did not get our orders right. I have also heard from experiance and a person close to me, asked for a job application and was told they do not hire none diverse people. In other words no apps for white people that are Americans that speak english. Violation of the Equal rights, and I told them to contact a civil rights attorney that I know. With a help wanted signs, but no whites? That is discrimination, against myself as a handicapped person, and my friend. This needs to stop right now, it out of control.
