Del Taco review: Bad customer service and food

I went to the Del Taco about 2 miles from my house around 9pm. I was stuck in the drive thru line for about 20 minutes and still no cars had moved. Well, myself and 2 other cars ended up leaving and I decided to try the other Del Taco about 5 miles away. The service was much better there but the food was awful. The asada quesa tacos were just bad and the fries were overcooked and stale. My Sprite had no syrup in it so it was basically tonic water. I paid 12 dollars for the meal and feel completely ripped off! I eat Del Taco a couple times a month but I'm not sure if I'm going to continue my business there any longer due to quality issues. This is not the first time iv been displeased with the food.
