DeGoo Review: Reliable and Easy-to-Use Cloud Storage with Free 100GB
So, I decided to give DeGoo a try to see if it could help me out. And I gotta say, it's been pretty good so far. The interface is easy to use and I was able to quickly upload all my important files and photos. Plus, the free 100GB of storage is a nice bonus.
One thing I did notice though is that the upload speed can be a bit slow at times. But hey, it's free so I can't really complain too much. And I haven't had any issues with my data disappearing like before, so that's a relief.
Overall, I would recommend DeGoo to anyone looking for a reliable and easy-to-use cloud storage option. Just be patient with the upload speed and make sure to back up your important files regularly.
DeGoo Review: Disappointed with Lack of Customer Service and Storage Issues
So, I signed up for DeGoo and paid for storage. But when I checked my dashboard, it says I'm using hundreds of MB of storage, even though I haven't uploaded anything yet. I was pretty confused and worried about it, so I reached out to their support team by opening a ticket several months ago. But, unfortunately, I haven't received any response from them yet, even though I've asked them several times.
I'm not sure what's going on with DeGoo, but I'm pretty disappointed with their lack of customer service. I mean, I paid for a service and I expect to get what I paid for. It's frustrating to not get any help or even a response from them.
I'm not sure if I would recommend DeGoo to anyone at this point. If you're looking for a reliable cloud storage service, you might want to look elsewhere. It's a shame, because I was really hoping that DeGoo would be a good option for me. But, unfortunately, it seems like they're not living up to their promises.
Overall, I would say that DeGoo is a bit of a letdown. If you're thinking about using their service, I would suggest proceeding with caution and maybe looking for other options as well. scenario! I contacted customer support and they were not helpful at all. They kept telling me to check my settings and that it was my fault. I know for a fact that I did not delete anything and my settings were not changed. It's frustrating to lose all my precious memories and not have any help from the company. I do not recommend using DeGoo for cloud storage.
