Amazon Web Services (AWS) Review: AWS - Reliable, Multilingual, but Interface Quirks

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a pretty good service, but I gotta admit, the interface is a bit weird. It's not the most user-friendly, if you catch my drift. But hey, it gets the job done, so I can't complain too much.

One thing I can say for sure is that AWS is reliable. It's like that friend who always shows up when they say they will. You can count on it to keep your stuff up and running smoothly. And that's a big plus in my book.

Now, I gotta be honest here, using AWS can be a little uncomfortable at times. It's like wearing a pair of shoes that are a size too small. It's not unbearable, but it's not the most pleasant experience either. Sometimes, I find myself scratching my head trying to figure out where things are or how to do certain tasks. But hey, practice makes perfect, right?

One thing I really appreciate about AWS is that it supports other languages. It's like a multilingual superstar. So, if English isn't your cup of tea, you can switch to a language that suits you better. It's nice to have options, you know?

All in all, AWS is a decent service. It may have its quirks, but it's reliable and offers support for different languages. So, if you can overlook the slightly awkward interface, it's definitely worth giving a shot.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Review: AWS - A Sneaky, Yet Reliable Cloud Computing Solution

If it's free, why do they ask for a credit card? People just accept that big companies deceive them. This company is so wicked, I can't believe it. But let me tell you, Amazon Web Services (AWS) ain't all bad. Sure, they may seem a bit sneaky by asking for your credit card details, but trust me, there's a method to their madness.

AWS offers a range of cloud computing services that can be pretty darn useful. From storage to databases, they've got you covered. And yeah, they may have some hidden costs here and there, but hey, nothing in life is truly free, right?

Now, let's talk about their user interface. It's not the most intuitive thing out there, I'll admit. You might find yourself scratching your head and wondering where the heck to find what you need. But fear not, my friend! Once you get the hang of it, navigating through AWS becomes a piece of cake.

One thing I gotta give props to AWS for is their reliability. I mean, come on, it's Amazon we're talking about here. They've built their empire on delivering packages to your doorstep in record time. So you can bet your bottom dollar that their cloud services are gonna be rock solid too.

But hold your horses, there's more! AWS also offers some nifty features like auto-scaling and load balancing. These babies can help your website or application handle traffic spikes without breaking a sweat. And let me tell you, that's a game-changer.

Now, I won't sugarcoat it. AWS can be a bit pricey, especially if you're not careful with your usage. So keep an eye on those bills, my friend. But hey, quality comes at a cost, right? And with AWS, you're getting top-notch performance and reliability.

So, despite their sneaky credit card request and the occasional head-scratching user interface, I gotta say, AWS ain't all evil. They've got some killer features and a reputation for delivering the goods. Just remember to watch your wallet and you'll be golden.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Beneficial AWS Platform: Generous Infrastructure Credits for Startups

AWS is a great platform that frequently offers complimentary infrastructure credits. These credits can be quite substantial, ranging from $15,000 to $30,000 or even more, and they are valid for a generous period of up to 2 years. This is an incredibly beneficial opportunity, especially for startups. It's definitely worth considering and making the most of this fantastic service!

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Reliable and Fast: My Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and EC2

Amazon Web Services (AWS) and their Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) virtual servers have been pretty reliable for my company. They ain't cheap, mind you, and there are definitely cheaper options out there. But I gotta admit, they're pretty darn fast, and you definitely get what you pay for.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Disappointed with AWS: High Costs, Fraudulent Charges, and Terrible Customer Support

I gotta be honest here, I ain't a big fan of AWS. They always seem to be takin' more of my hard-earned cash than they should. And don't even get me started on them fraudulent hacked EC2 charges! It's like they don't even care about protectin' their customers' accounts.

But let me tell ya, their customer support? It's a real nightmare. You send 'em a message and it feels like you're shoutin' into the void. Sometimes it takes 'em a whole week just to get back to ya, and even then, they ain't got no real solution for your problem. It's frustratin', to say the least.

So my advice to ya is to steer clear of AWS. Find yourself another cloud service provider that actually values their customers and provides decent support. Trust me, it'll save ya a whole lotta headaches in the long run.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Misleading Shipping Policy and Poor Customer Service: Be Cautious with Amazon's Shipping Fees

I used to really like Amazon, but my opinion changed when I decided to place a big order last summer. The shipping cost was outrageous, coming to almost $40. I reached out to their customer service and complained, asking if there was a code I could use to reduce the cost. I thought the shipping was way too expensive. They told me they would waive the shipping fee for my order as a one-time favor. All I had to do was email them the order number, so I went ahead and made the large order.

However, after they processed the order and I sent them the code, they emailed me back and said that someone had made a mistake in telling me I would get free shipping. I was furious! I sent them a copy of the email where they promised me free shipping. Clearly, they knew I wasn't lying about it. So, I told them that they should honor their word and waive the shipping fee since I had ordered based on the email they sent me. Otherwise, I would have probably ordered my items from another online store.

Their response was to send the issue to their corporate office. Can you believe it? And then, they had the audacity to come back and give me a measly $7.00 credit on just one of my items. Wow, thanks a lot! My shipping cost was almost $40.00, and they lied to me just to get me to place an order with them. It feels like they were trying to trick me.

I know that Amazon has a wide variety of products, and I still occasionally order from them if I can't find what I need elsewhere. But most of the time, I can find it somewhere else. For example, I recently ordered an iPod from Target. They offered me a 5% discount and free shipping, saving me almost $40.00 in total. So, my advice is to be cautious when using Amazon, unless you absolutely can't find what you're looking for anywhere else. Otherwise, you'll end up getting ripped off with their shipping fees.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Frustrating Experience with Amazon Web Services: Poor Communication, Unresponsive Support, and Billing Issues

I'm really frustrated. I don't know how connected Amazon Web Services is to Amazon, but it's impossible to contact either of them because they use an email address that doesn't accept incoming emails. It's a clear sign that they have something to hide! I've clearly told them that I don't want their services for a few reasons. First, they refuse to give me full details about what their services offer. Second, they had a female agent who couldn't understand a word I said, and I couldn't understand her either because her English was so poor. Third, this agent had the audacity to call me at 1:20 AM and just rambled on without giving me any answers to my questions. If anyone thinks I'm talking nonsense, they should experience an agent like her and see what real nonsense sounds like!

They keep sending me notices that my account is overdue and that they've charged me for it. Well, they'll soon realize that the account information they have is from a debit card that my bank deactivated because I found a fraudulent charge. I have a new debit card now, and I'm not going to give my information to outright thieves!

I tried writing to them and sending them documents to explain why I'm complaining, but they make it impossible to do so. I would strongly advise anyone looking for web services to stay away from Amazon Web Services at all costs before they end up paying for nothing! I've already written a review about Amazon, describing their own shortcomings accurately, but clearly, they won't listen to a word I have to say. Probably because they employ people who have such poor English skills, like the agent who had the nerve to call me at such an ungodly hour! I'm done with AWS and I've found another service that clearly outlines what I'll be paying for. Why should I give money to a provider who won't even tell me what they're providing?

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Prime member deals

We have tried to order and cannot checkout due to offers that don't work by phone and you cannot get the prime advertisement to close or allow an easier ordering process.

I don't see an easy way to chat with a customer service representative either. Even if you wanted the prime offer it says try again . Amazon can't do it by mobile account yet it offers it and ask you to shop mobile . It's an impossible process.

Desired outcome: Let us shop , fix the problem.
