I can't believe I fell for this scam. I thought I was signing up for a legit cloud storage service, but it turns out Thunder Drive is nothing but a bunch of crooks trying to steal people's money. The website looks professional enough, but don't be fooled - it's all smoke and mirrors.

I paid for a year's worth of service, but when I tried to upload my files, nothing happened. I tried contacting customer support, but they never responded. It's like they took my money and disappeared into thin air. I feel so stupid for falling for this.

If you're thinking about using Thunder Drive, don't. Save yourself the trouble and go with a reputable cloud storage provider. Don't make the same mistake I did.

I bought a lifetime plan for 2TB on Thunder Drive (thunderdrive.io) and it was working fine at the beginning. But then, all of a sudden, I couldn't access my files anymore. It was a complete disaster! I tried to reach out to their support team, but it was like talking to a wall. They didn't respond to any of my requests for help. It's like they don't even have a support team, just robots running the whole site.

If you're thinking about using Thunder Drive, I highly recommend that you don't waste your money on this total rip-off. When things go wrong, they go wrong in a big way and you'll be left stranded without any help. It's a shame because the idea of a lifetime plan for 2TB of storage is really appealing, but the lack of support and the complete failure of the system make it not worth it.

When I attempt to download any file, and folder, I get a screen saying, "Looks like something went wrong."

I can't add anyone else to my account either. It's like I don't have admin rights to my own account.

I've attempted to contact them, and their Contact Us form errors out, and their ChatBot is inoperable.

I uploaded these files some time ago. But I should still be able to download them.
