De Meridian Loyalty Card Services review: Bronze package

I have received a call about winning a raffle that I joined in Al rigga night market. I was invited to claim to prize and I went to Novotel Dubai Gold District where they conduct the presentation.
I was lured by the promising package hoping that I can bring my parents to Dubai by using the package i bought, i was promised for a call the next day and details will be given. Unfortunately i have received no calls, but an email stating it's a holiday and congratulations email that i availed the offer. Now, upon my research, i found a bunch of people who got scammed and I felt nervous that the same thing will happen to me. Now, i am planning to make a refund of the money and will try to talk with them peacefully. I hope that everything goes well.
