On 18th August 2023, I received a call from De Meridian personnel mentioning that I have won free gift vouchers for international travel and for any one outing within UAE. The person told me to visit Element Dubai Airport Hotel to attend a small event and collect the vouchers.

When I visited the venue, I was made to meet with the sales team which presented with a very lucrative membership offer and also that, I can make use of all the services by paying 500AED as EMI for 3 years.

I opted for the scheme, however, they swiped my card for 10,000 AED and said it will be reimbursed to us, and then we can pay mothly 500 AED. Also that, we will receive the membership card in 2 weeks.

Today, it is 4th September and there is no reimbursement or card given to me. This is definitely a HUGE SCAM and it is really depressing to feel so helpless. If anybody has any contact information about the management or any way of resolving the matter, please advise and share here.

The membership card will be given in two weeks. However, my credit card was swiped for 10000AED and it has been 3 weeks with no membership card or reversal of funds. Sales team and customer care are mostly non responsive and whenever they speak they just take me into rounds of talks giving false hopes.

This is definitely a HUGE SCAM and I need my full amount back.
