DCGPac Scam company

Hello! I've purchased some items from DCGPac website and received only part of my order and everything I did get was of a very low quality. I contacted customer service and asked for a refund, but they replied about two weeks later and said that it was already too late. They said that if I wanted to get a refund I needed to contact the earlier.
I said that I contacted them the same day I received the order, but they did not want to listen. They said that it was their final decision! Avoid this scam company at all costs!
