When I was a teen, we received a free sample in the mail, a product called Dawn dishwashing soap. We tried it and never looked back. Our entire family uses Dawn products and will never consider using anything else. I love the Dawn Ultra, the Dawn Power Wash, the Dawn Heavy Duty Degreaser is the bomb. I saw the Dawn Platinum, and of course bought the 74.3 ounce bottle because, well it's Dawn. I have never in my life been so disappointed in your product. Regular Dawn I can was plastic in cold water and it removes the greasy residue. Platinum, even in hot water, I keep adding more and more detergent to try cutting the grease. This is very disappointing, I'm going back to Dawn Ultra, at least it does the job,

The NEW Dawn liquid is horrible. I need to find a different detergent. NOW the smell is terrible; chemical smell. It takes so much more to clean anything...it just doesn't do a good job anymore. I'm 75 and have been using it forever but I guess all good things come to an end. I'm a very disappointed customer !
