Billie I tried to cancel subscription

I have tried several times to cancel my order. I’ve Tried calling. I dk what email I used since everyone spams it. I just left a voice message on the phone number. Now today I get another one once I thought I cancelled it on your Facebook. I want my money back. I’ve been doing this for months. This is the worst piece of [censored] razor I ever had. I wZnt it resolved quickly and your company quit sending me this crap

Desired outcome: I want my money back and u don’t send me this awful product ever again

Billie Subscription order never received

I ordered my Billie razor and then signed up for the recurring subscription for blade refills. The blades never arrived, though my account shows that they shipped. Billie is not responding to emails, social media posts, etc., so I just left a voicemail on their customer service line (which is not published on their website from what I could see). My next step will be to contact the BBB. At this point, I regret ever buying the razor, because I apparently can't even get refills!

Billie Billie razors

At a slightly higher volume, loudly singing in a taunting voice, "that girl is a tomboy", "that girl is a tomboy", "that girl is a tomboy", "that girl is a tomboy", "that girl is a tomboy" over and over and over and over again.
I'm ready to quit watching any network which plays that commercial.
Mostly, I see it dozens of times a day on start network.

I signed up for replacement head delivery every 3 months and they changed my subscription to every month without my consent and billed me the next month. They don’t have a number to call so I filed a complaint with my bank instead. So shady!
