I spoke with a manager named Outi regarding an incorrect order. She stated that a refund was not possible, which I found concerning, as I own four restaurants that partner with DoorDash and understand the refund process. During our conversation, she became increasingly aggressive, repeatedly insisting that the issue was solely with DoorDash and ended the call without resolving my concern. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed and that an appropriate refund or other resolution be provided for the incorrect order.
