DateMyAge Autobilling a good idea?

I honestly thought it was a free dating site. I signed up expecting to try it out casually, but then noticed money being withdrawn from my bank account. At first, I was really alarmed and felt like I might have been scammed *** I didn’t remember authorizing any charges and had no idea how to cancel the subscription
I tried to cancel right away and contacted support, which was a bit frustrating at first.After digging into it more and re-reading the terms during registration, I realized that the membership actually renews automatically, and I had agreed to it when I signed up. That was on me, I didn’t pay close enough attention to the fine print. Still, I think they could make the billing info more transparent up front.

I’ve now canceled the subscription, but I’d advise anyone thinking of joining to be very clear on the pricing and renewal terms. The site does have real profiles and some decent features, but the unexpected charges were a rough way to start. I got to maximize my auto membership

DateMyAge Takes time, but the people are serious

People here seem more matre, and the conversations are not holow. I appreciate the video calls feature, as it makes things feel more real while at a distance. It did take me a few days to get matched with someone who actually replied, though. The system rewards patience. If you're expecting instant results, it’s probably not for you.

DateMyAge Almost flawless but things can be better I guess

I noticed I was charged three times without realizing it, which was a bit frustrating at first. When I reached out to support, they were very helpful and explained that I had accidentally activated auto-reload.

Thankfully, they offered to refund the most recent charge even if I had almost already used it... and even guided me on how to turn off the auto-renewal so it doesn't happen again. Yes, I understand the feature is meant to make things seamless, but I personally prefer having full control and doing it myself. I really appreciate the support team for being understanding and resolving this so smoothly.

Only wish the phone lines too to be 24 hours too

Recommendation: Don't click and click without reading unlike other sites datemyage has very very different terms

DateMyAge Excited!

A better experience and unforgettable one. Never thought I will reach this point. I have been trying out lots of different apps and finally, I think I found the one. :):) Lucky enough to have an experience different from other ones I read online, truly, the journey depends from person to person. Anyway, what helped me through this process is the great great options in datemyage. I enjoy chatting a lot, mind you, I'm a bit old to chat as quick as I used too, but this helped me so good that now My partner is leveling up, we're planning to meet the soonest. Thanks daemyage!

Recommendation: I got my own story to tell and I think it is different for everybody, so do it your own way:)

DateMyAge Automatic seamless charges

So the other day I was charged the credits, yes, I did it at first but then suddenly more charges came as I continue video chatting with my partner, I was so confused because it keeps asking me to pay and charges automatically, so I reached out via their chat line, They sent me screenshots through the email, my activities (almost all video chat because i prefer that) true, and also the box I checked that activated this auto renewal for seamless purchase... the support also explained it and I didn't know that box I check is for that, so I learned my lesson. Anyway, lately, I realize that's the best way to go so I won't have to do it manually and cut my video chats. Now I let it be. I am just grateful that unlike other dating sites only datemyage has chat line and they are able to explain it with full documentation. A 5 star for that.

Recommendation: since i always have trouble paying i recommend opting to autcharges

DateMyAge Mixed Feelings

I recently renewed my subscription for DateMyAge.com, and while I've been using the site for about three months now, my experience has been a bit mixed. On the plus side, the site is fairly easy to use and there are plenty of members worldwide. However, I've had some issues with their billing system. Although their customer service has been helpful in explaining things, the payment process could definitely be smoother. Overall, it's been okay, but there's certainly room for improvement

Recommendation: If you encounter any issues, don't hesitate to reach out to customer service for assistance immediately

Just recently made a refill because I enjoy using this site. I think 3 months is enough for me to say that I am having a great experience so far because for me it's features are so easy to use plus alot of members all over the world not discriminating by age or race. I just like it really... even though sometimes the site crashes I just refresh the page and all goes well again. That's it so far! Hopefully be back here for finally with a serious match!

My picture on : datemyage a picture of a toilet 🚽. I got flooded with emails from all sorts of scammers with perfect pictures usually models. I never gave this site a dime. Caution ⚠️ 🚩don’t buy into this ridiculous nonsense of a site. Men who constantly sent me emails wanting me to go to WhatsApp, Telegram or Gmail. I’m 63 not 23 and I was getting emails from younger men writing stupid letters. Men who Never read my profile as to what I was seeking in a mate. Horrible!

DateMyAge Scam

Total scam! They charge 30 to join then 10 bucks to send one message! Right after joining i got a flood of messages that seemed to good to be true. I replied to them and sadly got nothing in return. I then put my email address into my bio and have yet to get one email. It’s clear this site is only interested in playing with your emotions then scamming you out of your money by putting flat hours in your mind! Run and don’t give them a dime!

Desired outcome: Mislead, being given false hope, lied to, compensation $25k

DateMyAge Date My Age is a total scam.

My 76 year old mother signed up and in less than 3 weeks they have charged her over $2500 for messaging with other member (probably AI bots). I have called their support multiple times. They claim the charges are accurate and then they put me on mute or go silent like the call disconnected but I have full bar LTE. Do not use this service! Hopefully the credit card company can take care of this. My mother never received any receipts to her email each time they charged her credit card.

Recommendation: Do not use! Total scam!!! Pay very close attention to your credit card statement if you are foolish enough to provide one.

DateMyAge The website is a scam. It has nothing but liars. Don't even try dealing with customer service they will not reply whatsoever

They charge your account for credits but do not give you the credits. Customer service does not reply whatsoever to anything. The best thing I could recommend to anyone is. Don't even think about using their site unless you want to lose money. All I want is your money. This site is just another way for scammers to take money and give nothing in return

I was charged three times for credits but never receive them On 09/02/2023 I tried to purchase credits 3 times all 3 times my bank account was charged but I did not receive any of the credits on my page. I could not reply to anyone or open any emails.

I have tried this account on a few occasions and due to the fact that i am frugal i was a bit taken back how much it actually cost. Had a conversation with my self and tried it again and this time it truly to don't seem real. To me it seems fake.

They ask you obvious questions when the answers are displayed on your profile. Also, one statement came to me was,

1) Have you ever loved someone with the pieces of broken heart? I replied and said my heart was never broken, he asked are you serious? ohh so you were not in any relationship before? and he said ohh so when did you get separated from him..?

2) A question came to me and said You have beautiful eyes and where are you from? I said, "Thank you! I am from the Bahamas! and you are from Madrid." his response was "If my queen is from Madrid what are you looking for here?"

Any smart woman can tell they have an unintelligent AI working behind the scene.

Recommendation: Don't spend no money on this fraudulent account.

You have to pay to chat and to be honest i cannot understand the policy about the credits
I joined to see how it works but like 2 messages in and they askin for credits again. Thought maybe free accounts had more to do. Guess not. Feels like you can’t do much unless you pay. I get that it’s a business, but would be nice to have a bit more for free users just trying it out.

Your accounting department will no longer accept my credit card to pay for my credits I don't have any other credit cards to pay with. I was told by one of your team that I have been blacklisted because my bank put a hold on my payments to many times although each time this was resolved. DateMyAge Reyes and Matt Dishman

On the picture page, there is a man named REYES, claims he lives in EDISON (no state mentioned) also claims he is 40 years old and you need to contact him by email.
I know him as MATTHEW MELLON DISHMAN, 49 years old, a dog lover. Have had a running conversation with him since the 25th of June, have been conned out of a very large amount of money, he claims he lives in Charlston WV, but works for the CIA and is on assignment in Washington DC (since August?). He is now flying a private jet to Africa and importing gold, and he is conning people out of very large sums of money to buy the gold. I know this because he has been attempting to get me to use the equity in my house to invest in his venture on the ground floor (as he stated).

I have no idea if he is on any other dating websites - he claims he is gay, likes older men, and he claimed he bought us a house in Ft. Lauderdale to live in. I called Broward County FL, regarding the owners on record for that house.

DateMyAge Dating my age app

This app describes itself as a dating site. This app is a total scam! They show all these beautiful sexy women from all over the world who started texting me before I had anything in my profile. Of course, men need to pay a lot for texts, chatting, video chat, etc. The money I paid goes within a few minutes, I spent over $400.00 in an hour I believe! I got random questions and chat requests, and it is so expensive! The goal is for men to pay a lot of money while the women get paid for how long they keep men online. It is so obvious this company is operating an illegal business. I plan to report them to all the Federal Agencies that oversee Apps like Date My Age I can.

Claimed loss: Around $400.00.

Desired outcome: I would like the site sanctioned and have it pay the money men paid. I would like the money I spent returned.

DateMyAge Your billing Dept is blocking my Bank Card

Member I.D. [protected] I have been here since August 16,2024, No problems with my Bank card until August 26,2024. I have spent over $1,500 U.S. here. now your Billing Dept is not only controlling the packages i buy but now blocking my card. I have talked with SIUCU in the U.K. and in America. you are being paid! There is nothing nothing wrong on my card no spending limit of any kind!. The problem is on your end. I not changing banks either to suit you! I have to see this as Public Fraud! You are a Public Website. You really shouldn't be aloud on the WEB with your Billing Dept problems! This can be seen as a International problem.

DateMyAge Eifel Tower gift

dear sir / madam

today 6th of April i inadvertently and by mistake pushed the baton of the Eifel tower gift sight. i am requesting a credit for that mistake/if you look at my spending, this gift is not in my regular spending. Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated and will allow me to continue using your services continuously

in my last letter i explained my mistake in pressing the gift button of the Eifel Tower gift i am asking to acknowledge my mistake and granting me the credit for the value of the gift which i forgot to ask for at my first claim.

DateMyAge Subscription

I have closed my account and cancelled my subscription but still you are taking money from my account. I have paid a great deal of money to the Datemyage dating site and have queried the way money is handled and I’m not happy about the fact this site does not respond when I made a complaint before

Please reimburse me for monies that you have taken out after I have cancelled my subscription I think it is bad practice that you continue to do this and if it’s not done I shall have to try and find a different way possibly take legal advice

DateMyAge I can’t login suddenly for unknown reasons

I have registered for more than one year and purchased much credits to use on this site in the past year. However Two days ago I can’t login suddenly with unknown reasons. But I still have 142 credits remaining in my account. It kept showing confirmation letter sent to my email address but I didn’t receive anything. I have tried to sent email 3 times to ask for help but not get any reply. Very Poor customer support 😤.

DateMyAge Datemyage app

Thanks for writing back. Now, that you have explained how the inner currency work in the app, It is clear. But this information was not clear neither at the moment I signed up nor at the moment that I pay for the credits and that is why I want a refund because knowing all this, I Wouldnt have paid what I did.

Besides that, I understand that when a client doesn't like a service or product, the cliente informs this and the company must return the money, In my case I have explained the reasons why I don't like the app And the inner system.

I have downloaded other dating apps and with any of them this situations happened. The way your app works is not very well explained, that content must be the first information to appear for all te clients, did that information ever appeared to me in time, No is my answer, you Up my be transparente, It is not.

Hope you understand how I feel. I want a complete refund as I didn't know the information you explained in your email.

DateMyAge On line dating service

I looked back and I started using this website in August 2023 and by September 24th they ripped me off about $12,000. Three of the men I was talking to would not do video calls to verify their real identities. One of them sent me websites gifts which were basically stickers. When I sent him also him a gift on a certain occasion he wanted me to send the expensive gifts or stickers on the website. The men did not answer questions , they keep stringing me on going in circles .Then I would always have to pay more credits to talk to theses men. They knew I was paying too much when I mentioned it, they all claimed they were paying more than I was. On 9/24 /23 I noticed fine prints that said these men were curated by this company and so we’re not paying members so they were all scammers.

Desired outcome: Refund my money/ provide free membership

DateMyAge fraudulent offer of FREE service

They offered FREE gifts that can be sent to another member (animations of cute images) . They still deducted 999 credits from my account. They have not responded to my complaint but sent me a survey of how satisfied I was with their service...I responded that nothing was resolved and that I had not received reimbursement. No further communication...in fact the service contact chap "Thomas" hang up on me.

Desired outcome: I want my credits back (999 were deducted)

I have listed parameters. I am 80 years old. I live in Broward County. Florida

I paid for 150 points. I would like to be removed from your site and not pay any more. Your site sends me children or people who live miles away. I do not understand your system. Even if someone acceptable sends an email, I am not able to answer. This is not for me. I don't know what I paid for. Please cancel my subscription. THE PEOPLE YOU SEND ARE FAR TOO YOUNG, TOO FAR AWAY, IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES.
