We would like to clarify that members are not instructed to ask scripted questions or required to maintain conversations in order to keep their accounts. Members communicate independently, and verified members complete identity verification before receiving a verification badge. We also provide built-in audio and video call features to help members communicate directly when both parties choose to do so.

We appreciate that not every member will wish to communicate outside the platform or accept a call, and individual members decide how and when they communicate. However, if you believe specific profiles have misrepresented themselves or engaged in conduct that breaches our policies, we encourage you to contact our Support team with the profile IDs or examples of the conversations. We will review each report individually and take appropriate action where a policy violation is identified.
